The t-shirt I got was such poor quality. I had to contact customer service, and they were actually really helpful. They said they'd send me a new one and I didn't even have to send back the old one. But it's been 2 weeks now and the replacement still hasn't shown up.

I ordered a t-shirt from this place, and the quality was just awful. I reached out to customer service, and they were seriously amazing about it. They offered to send a free replacement without making me go through the hassle of returning the item. I'll keep you posted with a picture once the new one arrives.
hoodie, shirt, free gift
I ordered a hoodie and a shirt from this place and got a free gift, a ring. The ring came first and I was a little confused, but customer service said it was okay and my other stuff was coming. After a bunch of checking in, I eventually got the shirt about two weeks later. But still no hoodie. Customer service kept saying it was delivered, but I knew it wasn't. I had a trip in three weeks and really needed that hoodie, so I asked for a new one. Let's hope this replacement actually comes.
