I recently got some skincare stuff from this website and let me tell you, I'm seriously impressed with the whole thing. Yeah, it took forever to get here since it was coming from Korea, but other than that, it was all top-notch. The prices were good, they had some awesome deals that let me get extra stuff for free. Their tracking system was on point, I could see exactly where my package was at all times. When my stuff finally arrived, it was in perfect shape, and the package was just the right size, no wasted space. Their customer service was quick to help out, especially when my package got stuck at the local post office. And hey, it's nice that everything's in English for us international folks. Honestly, I've got nothing bad to say, I'd totally recommend this site to anyone.

I just bought my son a helmet and visor from Sports Unlimited, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The order came super fast, despite us living out in the boonies. The helmet is really high quality and my son says it's super light and comfy. The visor we got is also really nice. I'm a happy customer and will definitely be coming back here again.

Unwanted email subscriptions
As a customer, I've been dealing with some major frustration over all these annoying emails I keep getting from this company. Even though I've tried unsubscribing and marking them as spam, I still get bombarded with their promotional stuff. It's just really frustrating and irritating having to constantly deal with all these unwanted emails.

hoodie, shirt, free gift
I ordered a hoodie and a shirt from this place and got a free gift, a ring. The ring came first and I was a little confused, but customer service said it was okay and my other stuff was coming. After a bunch of checking in, I eventually got the shirt about two weeks later. But still no hoodie. Customer service kept saying it was delivered, but I knew it wasn't. I had a trip in three weeks and really needed that hoodie, so I asked for a new one. Let's hope this replacement actually comes.

Desk
Received item damaged. Box was damaged but taped with duck tape and the package was resealed. Asked for a refund but still having problems returning . I put the desk together but the desk is made cheap and once build it is wobbly. Two weeks asking for refund going back and forth with email. First they wanted give me $40 discount then $60 and finally $100. I let them know I do not want discount since the package and items are damaged, still waiting for my refund.

I should have checked this site before making my order. This company is horrible!!! I ordered on-line and received the wrong dimensions. I input them in their measuring tool as prescribed and they send a totally different size. I have spent time on multiple phone calls to get these returned and my money refunded for their error. The first person in India "derek", refused to help refund my purchase and I asked for his supervisor. I spoke with "sam" who did not want to hear how they sent the wrong sized panels and this is clearly their error. I offered to return them for a refund and they refused. They would only offer to have me reorder and give me half off a new order. Never did they offer to make this right for their error. Cleary their production team and management of the website do not speak with each other. As said in other reviews, DO NOT waste your time and money with Covers And All, they are not a reputable company. They do not care about customer satisfaction.
