    Two oversized electric blankets

    I gotta tell you, these electric blankets I got last year were a great buy! They're big, super comfy, and really warm up fast. The best part is they have a safety cut off after 3 hours, so you don't have to worry. I like using them under a quilt to keep all the heat in and make it even cozier. And they don't cost much to run, which is a major win. I got them thinking ahead because I wasn't sure how easy it would be to get them fixed in the future. The only downside was the website I had to use to order them was a real pain to figure out. Even though they're made of fleece - not my usual choice - these blankets have totally exceeded my expectations. I'm really happy with my purchase.

    Resolved order issue with great customer service

    I had a little problem with one of my orders the other day, but the customer service rep I spoke to really went the extra mile to help me out. Ruth was awesome - she took care of my issue quickly and made sure everything was sorted out. I'm so thankful for her amazing service and think she deserves a big shoutout for all her hard work.     Software platform for property management

    I've been using this property management software for over ten years now, and I gotta say, I'm starting to get a little worried. The new features they've been promising have been delayed for years, and when they finally do come out, they're usually full of bugs and not very easy to use. And to make matters worse, they've been making changes to their listing syndications without giving us a heads up, causing some big problems for me and my business. I'm really hoping they make some improvements soon.

    Payment Issue

    I was really upset when the customer service lady told me I hadn't paid my bill for April. I looked in my bill box and there was nothing there, so how could I have missed it if there was no bill to pay? It just didn't make sense! But then I received a statement in the mail from Brylanehome, and there was no late fee on it. In fact, I had overpaid by almost 70 bucks! The customer service lady was completely mistaken, and I really need her to apologize right away!

    Security system installation

    My experience getting the security system installed was pretty good. I did run into a small problem registering one device, but tech support was able to sort it out quickly. I'm getting notifications right away on both the chime and my phone, but there have been a couple that I missed. I haven't had a chance to try out all the devices yet, like the smoke detector, motion sensor, or glass break detection.

    Life-changing mindset shift

    Backup transfer issue

    I ran into a problem trying to transfer my backup from my desktop to my laptop. Even though I followed all the instructions from customer service, it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. We went back and forth in emails, but my question wasn't getting answered, and now I can't back up my files properly. It's slowing me down at work, and it's frustrating to have to wait another day for a response from customer service.

    Retro Cooler purchase, missing promotional free jug

    I just bought a Retro Cooler when they were offering a free jug with any purchase from the retro collection. But when my order came, there was no free jug. I called customer service and they said I forgot to choose the free jug during checkout. It's annoying because I only bought it for the promotion. I offered to pay for shipping to get the jug separate, but they just laughed and didn't help. I'm really let down by their bad communication and not following through.

    The knitwear from this place is seriously amazing. The quality is top of the line and the comfort level is incredible.     Oh my gosh, these dudes are total scammers! They advertise all this awesome stuff on their website, but it's all a sham because the places are actually closed! Can you believe that? And to top it off, they won't even give you a refund! That is just not cool at all, I can't even handle it. It's no surprise they have such a lousy rating, they totally bring it on themselves.

    I recently bought a pair of jeans from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how everything went down. The jeans got to me super quick, they fit just right, and they showed up sooner than I expected. But, I couldn't help but notice that the quality of the jeans wasn't as good as the ones I bought from them before. Even with that, I haven't had any problems with their customer service. The price, though, was a little high for a pair of stretchy jeans, especially with the quality being iffy. Overall, I was happy with my purchase, but they could definitely work on their pricing and make sure the quality is consistent.

    I have really bad allergies that make it impossible for me to wear contacts, so when I discovered Glasseslit, I was super excited.     I recently had the best customer service experience. I spoke with a rep named Tammy, and she was super helpful. She stayed on the phone with me for over an hour, walking me through how to fix my grill. Tammy really knew her stuff and was dedicated to figuring out the problem. She finally realized what was wrong and made sure a new auger motor was sent out to me right away. It was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

    Nicki Minaj concert tickets at Spectrum Center

    I bought Nicki Minaj concert tickets for the show at Spectrum Center on this site, thinking I was in for a good time. But you know what? The tickets never showed up, even though I had my seat confirmation and all. And to add insult to injury, when I tried to get a refund from customer service, they shut me down. I was so let down and annoyed by the whole situation, especially given how pumped I was to go to the concert.
