Membership experience
I had the worst time with my membership recently. They took 95 credits from my account and didn't even bother to tell me why or help me out. On top of that, they accused me of fraud, which was so unfair and aggravating. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone after this terrible experience.
Late cancellation fees
Using this app was a total nightmare. They hit me with a late fee multiple times in one day, which just seemed totally unfair, you know? So, I decide to call up customer service to try and fix it, but they were seriously useless. I had to go through two different people before I finally got a straight answer. The first one just gave me some wrong info that got us nowhere. And then, out of nowhere, my chat with them just got cut off. When I finally got back in touch, they were just giving me the runaround and out of the blue, they canceled my account without even a heads up. The whole thing was just super frustrating and so unprofessional that I decided to just give up on the app altogether.
Convenient booking, great customer service
Booking classes on this platform is so easy, there are no hidden fees or surprises. The customer service team is amazing, always there to help if anything goes wrong. It's definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
Misleading subscription
This app is such a rip-off! I signed up for a free trial and got hit with a surprise charge right away. And don't even get me started on trying to cancel - what a headache. The app's layout is awful, I couldn't even find the 'manage plan' page to cancel my subscription. And when I tried reaching out to customer service through live chat within their supposed hours, all I got was a message saying nobody was around. Total mess.
Bad customer service
Man, this customer service is just the absolute worst. It's like they couldn't care less about actually helping me out. I mean, it takes forever for them to get back to me, and even when they finally do, nothing gets fixed. It's been a total nightmare trying to deal with their incompetence. I swear, it's driving me up the wall having to put up with this nonsense. So aggravating!
Experience with Trial
I'm sorry, but during the trial period, something unexpected happened - my dad passed away. I wanted to see if there was a way to extend my trial using the credits they gave me. I talked to a few different people, but they all said no. When I asked to talk to a manager, they wouldn't let me. One person even tried to pause my account, but the credits vanished. It's really disappointing that they wouldn't bend the rules a little given the circumstances.
ClassPass membership
As someone who's been using ClassPass for a while now, I gotta say I'm really disappointed with the whole thing. At first, it was all good, but as soon as I ran into some issues, it turned into a total mess. The communication was lousy and the app was confusing, which led me to miss an appointment because ClassPass decided to hide important info behind a small "view more" button.
And you know what's even worse? Instead of just taking the credits I needed, they refunded them and then charged me a crazy amount, more than what they said on their website. Plus, there are all these hidden fees and surprises that you have to hunt for in the provider descriptions. Why should it be up to us customers to figure out all their shady tactics?
I'm debating whether to renew my membership, but honestly, I'm already looking for other options. It's clear that ClassPass cares more about money than actually making their customers happy.App disaster
This app is so bad, like seriously the worst ever! I thought it was gonna be pretty cool, but nope. I keep messaging them that it doesn't work and all they say is they're trying to fix it. I mean, come on! It's been a whole month and it's still not fixed, what's the deal?
Scammed into monthly membership
I was so excited about this app helping me with my workouts, but man, was I disappointed! They went ahead and signed me up for a full-on monthly membership before I even got a chance to set up everything. And now they won't even give me a refund? That's so not cool! Can't we at least switch to a cheaper plan since I barely even used it? And let's not even talk about their customer service - slowest thing on earth! Come on, ClassPass, just give us our money back!
Service for business promotion
I gotta tell ya, I thought signing up for this service would do wonders for my business, but boy was I wrong. They're taking a massive 30% cut of my hard-earned money, and that's just not fair, especially since I'm in the service industry. And then, out of nowhere, my calendar decides to go haywire, resulting in double bookings and unhappy clients. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but they've been no help at all. I even tried to cancel my account, but it seems like I'm stuck with them for now. On top of all that, I still haven't been paid for my last few appointments. It's just plain ridiculous!
Fitness class subscription
I'm a customer of this fitness class subscription service, and I gotta say, it's been a total letdown. The app is always acting up, which is super annoying when you're trying to use it. And don't even get me started on the customer service through the app - the chats cut out all the time, so you have to start over from square one. Plus, it seems like ClassPass doesn't really have much say over the studios they work with, which means the service isn't very consistent or reliable.
ClassPass purchase
I just got a ClassPass membership and my experience has been kind of up and down. I was bummed to see that they hit you with crazy fees if you can't make a class, but they don't do anything if a studio messes up your reservation. It's frustrating and leaves me feeling pretty unsatisfied with the whole service.
Trying to fix my class times
I've been trying to rearrange my class schedule for days, and when I finally heard back via email, it was a total letdown! There's no one real to chat with online, just dull robots. All I wanted was to make sure my friend could locate me at class, but they keep giving me the runaround. It feels like I'm talking to machines that only care about following the rules, not actually lending a helping hand.
Membership benefits
I've been using the membership benefits for a year now and I gotta say, it's been a total game-changer for me. I live in a big city and the range of classes offered is seriously diverse and super convenient. I was kinda skeptical at first because of some bad online reviews, but I'm really glad I decided to give it a shot. The bang for your buck compared to signing up for separate studio memberships is seriously unbeatable.
Misleading free trial
My experience with this service was really disappointing. I signed up for the free trial all excited to try out different classes, but then I realized I couldn't access most of them unless I paid up, even though I had credits. Suddenly, I was switched to a paid membership and started getting charged without any heads up. When I contacted customer support, all I got was a generic response that didn't even address my concerns. It's pretty sad to see a company operate like that. It's clear this isn't just a one-off thing, lots of others have had the same issues. It's just terrible and embarrassing to see this kind of business practice.
Scammers and no refund
Oh my gosh, these dudes are total scammers! They advertise all this awesome stuff on their website, but it's all a sham because the places are actually closed! Can you believe that? And to top it off, they won't even give you a refund! That is just not cool at all, I can't even handle it. It's no surprise they have such a lousy rating, they totally bring it on themselves.
Misleading free trial
I was so excited to try out the free trial, thinking I could take all the classes I wanted, but it turns out I could only book one class at each spot. To make matters worse, my friend who recommended me had way better perks. I felt like I had been deceived and ripped off. They should have been upfront about this from the start. The whole thing just seems shady and leaves a bad feeling in my gut.
Fitness classes
I've had a pretty bad experience with this service. I signed up for a fitness class using the platform and then got told I didn't show up when I actually did. On top of that, they charged me for a class I already took. I tried to get a refund but haven't heard anything back even though it's been weeks. This kind of unreliable customer service doesn't make the company look good. I suggest booking classes directly with the gyms to avoid getting overcharged and dealing with this hassle.
My Review of ClassPass
I am a big fan of ClassPass and have been using it for over a year now. As someone who loves trying new fitness classes, I found ClassPass to be a great way to do just that. The platform offers a wide variety of class options at different studios and gyms, which makes it easy for me to find the perfect workout no matter where I am.
One of the things I love most about ClassPass is the convenience. With just a few taps on my phone, I can book a class at a time that works for me and never have to worry about having to go to a physical store to sign up. The ClassPass app is user-friendly and makes it simple to keep track of my schedule and attendance.
Another aspect of ClassPass that I appreciate is the flexibility it offers. I can book a class at the last minute or plan my workouts for the week in advance. I also like that I can try out different types of workouts, from yoga and Pilates to bootcamps and dance classes. The variety keeps me motivated and prevents me from getting bored with my fitness routine.
In terms of the cost, I think ClassPass is fairly priced for what it offers. Of course, it can add up if I go to a lot of classes, but I find that the cost is worth it for the convenience and flexibility it provides. I would definitely recommend ClassPass to anyone looking to try out new fitness classes and have a more convenient and flexible workout routine.
