    As someone who's been using ClassPass for a while now, I gotta say I'm really disappointed with the whole thing. At first, it was all good, but as soon as I ran into some issues, it turned into a total mess. The communication was lousy and the app was confusing, which led me to miss an appointment because ClassPass decided to hide important info behind a small "view more" button.

    And you know what's even worse? Instead of just taking the credits I needed, they refunded them and then charged me a crazy amount, more than what they said on their website. Plus, there are all these hidden fees and surprises that you have to hunt for in the provider descriptions. Why should it be up to us customers to figure out all their shady tactics?

    I'm debating whether to renew my membership, but honestly, I'm already looking for other options. It's clear that ClassPass cares more about money than actually making their customers happy.
