    Comfy chairs for my room

    I was super pumped to finally get these chairs for my room! They were a bit on the expensive side, but I really wanted to make sure they matched the color scheme and would fit nicely in my space. I reached out to customer service a couple of times with questions, and Angela V. was amazing. She helped me out both over the phone and through email to double check everything was good to go. I was a little anxious at first since I hadn't shopped at this store before, but Angela's top-notch customer service definitely eased my worries about the purchase.

    Cello lessons with Mike Block

    My cello lessons with Mike Block have been seriously amazing! The lessons are recorded, which gives me a lot of cool learning opportunities. I've made 7 videos in the past year, and Mike always has awesome ideas to help me improve my playing. Working with Mike is just incredible, and I'm so excited for more lessons!

    USB unknown format

    I ran into a problem where my USB drive was acting weird - my computer didn't recognize the format and wanted to erase all my important files. I couldn't see any files on the drive, and it showed as having 0 bytes in the properties. I tried using 'chkdsk' in the command prompt, but no luck.
    I decided to download the AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard software and run it with admin privileges. That's when I found the Partition Recovery Wizard, selected my drive and partition, and ran a long scan since the fast one didn't do the trick. Thankfully, the long scan fixed everything for me.

    The company's customer service is amazing! Their watch designs are awesome, and on top of that, their customer service is outstanding. I needed some extra links for my watch, and they sorted it out for me super fast and with a lot of kindness. When I realized I was missing something from my order, they handled it right away and got it sorted quickly. They really know how to do customer service right.     Oversized t-shirts

    I was kinda bummed about those oversized t-shirts I got from this store. I mean, they came super fast, so that was cool, but the shirts themselves were just not up to snuff. I ordered small sizes, but they ended up being way bigger than I thought, like one was huge compared to the other. And even after washing them a bunch of times, they didn't shrink at all. So yeah, not too happy with how things turned out. Wish I could show you pics of how off they fit, but it is what it is.

    I really love all the different eye contacts you can find at Twinklens. It's so cool how I can change up my eye color whenever I want, and the best part is that they're affordable too! Sometimes my friends don't even recognize me when I switch up my eye color, and they always get a kick out of it. The customer service is top-notch - always there to help, although I haven't really needed them much. It's nice to know they're there just in case, though. I always get a little nervous ordering from new sites, but I took a chance with Twinklens and I've been a loyal customer for years now. No regrets at all!

    Scammed into monthly membership

    I was so excited about this app helping me with my workouts, but man, was I disappointed! They went ahead and signed me up for a full-on monthly membership before I even got a chance to set up everything. And now they won't even give me a refund? That's so not cool! Can't we at least switch to a cheaper plan since I barely even used it? And let's not even talk about their customer service - slowest thing on earth! Come on, ClassPass, just give us our money back!

    I just bought this really cool $100 knife from an online store and let me tell you, I'm so happy with how everything turned out. The knife showed up in my mailbox today, just like they said it would. But there was a little hiccup with the shipping that made me reach out to customer service. The owner got back to me super quickly and not only answered my questions but also gave me a refund on the shipping. I'm really impressed with their customer service and how fast they solved my problem. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future.

    Car cover for my 2017 Honda CRV

    I'm really bummed out about this car cover I got from this website. It totally fell apart in just two years, turning into this weird white powder that made my driveway look like a snowstorm hit. Even though I've bought stuff from them before, I was super let down by how bad this product was. And to top it off, their warranty was basically useless and had hidden charges if you tried to use it. I did some digging on the Better Business Bureau website and turns out lots of other people have had the same crummy experience.

    Futon mattress purchase

    I used to have a futon mattress in the past and had a hard time finding a similar one in Florida. Then I found this one and I couldn't be happier. The materials are really high quality, the craftsmanship is impressive, and the support it offers is lasting. Plus, the eco-friendly fabrics used in it make me feel good about my purchase. I am so thrilled to have found my new favorite thing again.

    Christmas gift for my friend

    I was all hyped because I ordered this perfume for my bestie for Christmas, but when it finally got here, it was totally wrong! I wanted the ladies' scent, but they sent me some men's cologne instead. So frustrating! I tried to get my money back, but it was like pulling teeth. I had to bug them on WhatsApp over and over before they even paid attention. It's been two and a half weeks, and still no refund! They kept blaming the e-bank and my bank for the hold-up, even though I paid them directly! Ugh, I'm so ticked off and let down. Definitely not going to shop here again. Save your cash, folks!

    I found out about this online membership site from a friend, and let me tell you, I was really taken aback by what I saw. The stuff they were promoting on there, man, it was just not right. It felt like they were encouraging things that are totally shady or straight up illegal. The whole vibe of the site just didn't sit well with me, especially when it comes to folks who are already committed to someone else. Personally, I think that if someone is so unhappy in their marriage that they're thinking about using a site like that, they might wanna step back and really try to fix things with their partner or figure out if it's time to split.
