Dupe dress purchase
I've had my eye on this one designer dress for so long but I just couldn't bring myself to spend that much on it. Then I found a knockoff on this website that looked almost exactly the same. I decided to go for it and when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the quality was - I'm pretty sure it's even the same fabric! Shipping was also super fast and easy. Thanks!
Cute dresses
I just picked up some adorable dresses from this store, and I'm loving them! They got here really fast, and returning them was a breeze in case they didn't fit right. The only bummer was that they didn't have enough colors in stock for the O.P.T Mini River Dress. I prefer the shorter style, but none of the colors I had my eye on were in stock. The regular River Dress, on the other hand, has a ton of options to choose from.
Subscription service disappointment
Although I think the subscription service is a fantastic idea, I can't help but feel let down by the absence of new releases. The policies are good and all, but it seems like I'm not getting much in return for what I'm paying. I'm really hoping that there will be more variety and fresh releases down the line to make the subscription more worthwhile.
Limited sizing, cute accessories, great customer service
The customer service at this store is really great and the products are top quality, but I was a bit bummed out by the lack of sizes available. I usually wear a L/XL, so I couldn't shop for a lot of the cute stuff that caught my eye. The cute items tend to sell out fast, so I had limited choices. However, I did find some super cute accessories that I adore. I signed up for a three-month membership to get the perks, but I don't think I'll renew in the future.
Dress purchase
The clothes at this store are amazing! They have such great quality pieces that are really stylish and in line with the latest trends. The whole buying process was super easy and smooth, and I was really impressed by how quickly they shipped my order. I did have to exchange the dress I got for a smaller size, but I'm looking forward to getting the new one and wearing it. All in all, I'm really happy with how my shopping went.
Package replacement
I'm just reaching out about my package that got stolen from the mail room at my apartment. I contacted customer support to see about getting a replacement, and I have to say, they were amazing! The people I talked to were so nice, understanding, and really wanted to help me out. They knew what they were doing, gave me clear instructions on what to do, and made sure to handle everything on their end. They made me feel supported and cared for the whole time, which definitely helped make this stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. I was seriously impressed by the level of service I got from your team. Big props to them for going the extra mile to assist me!
Great quality and pricing, slow delivery
I really love the stuff I've gotten from this online store - super good quality and the prices are on point. It's all totally worth it, even if shipping takes forever. Waiting can be annoying, but the quality is so good it makes up for it. I've learned to always check out reviews before I buy, especially for sizing 'cause sometimes it's a bit wonky.
Dress purchase, Easy return process
I was really impressed with the clothes I bought from this company. The dress was super stylish and well-made, and I got a bunch of compliments when I wore it. Plus, the membership fee was totally fair for the quality of stuff they have. What I really loved was how easy it was to exchange the dress for a different style. They made it so simple - I just dropped off the old one and they sent out the new one right away. I had a great experience with this company and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Awesome dress
OMG, you guys, I got this super cute dress and I was so nervous it wouldn't fit but it fit perfectly! The quality is amazing and the style is really unique. I ended up signing up for their membership because I can't wait to buy more stuff from them. I just hope the return process is as good as the buying experience. Please don't start selling cheap stuff!!
Wedding guest dresses, unique, classy, affordable
I just bought some wedding guest dresses from this site and I have to say, I'm super happy with how everything turned out. I wanted dresses that were special, elegant, and affordable, and this site totally delivered. The quality of each dress was amazing and they fit me like a glove. I'm really happy I found this site and signed up for their newsletter - I'll definitely be buying more stuff from them in the future!
Dresses and jeans
Nope, they are NOT a legit company. I placed an order in early March and it is currently the end of May and I am still dealing with this problem. Bought several dresses and a pair of jeans. Jeans came promptly and were cheap-feeling, so I returned them. A month later I still had no other part of my order. I e-mailed and heard nothing back, so I started posting on their instagram and promptly got a reply. I was told my items would be shipping shortly and several weeks later, still nothing. I told them I wanted a refund at this point, and shockingly my items magically shipped (still a week later, when I was told it would be sooner). So at this point, we’re talking two months from the order date. I finally get a shipment notification email, and it is STILL NOT FOR MY FULL ORDER. I receive some of my dresses, but will not do business with them out of principle and I return them. After going back and forth with customer service, they finally ship my missing item. When I receive the dress…it’s the wrong one. At this point I had to laugh. I start scrolling their instagram account because they seemingly keep a close eye on it. You will notice there are barely any comments and I found out why. When someone posted in the comments asking whether or not she should trust them company, I responded back saying I order things months ago and have not yet received them. THEY DELETED MY COMMENT. I was then told it was deleted because it wasn’t relevant to the post. Wonder how many other comments they deleted. Still waiting on my refund. Don’t do business with them, they are incredibly shady.
Tried to purchase a dress
TERRIBLE experience! I only gave 2 star reviews because I wasn’t allowed to click the one star. I’ve been lied to 4 times by the company about delivery time and all they keep saying is sorry with no actual way of fixing this mess. They are not reputable in the slightest.

The worst shopping experience I have ever experienced! Fake pictures and the quality is not worth the price! Fake news - free delivery!!!! They even didn’t tell customers that there are extra few will need charged on customers’ side in advance. After you received the parcel, you are informed that you need to pay extra$166 for the delivery, and when you contact the customer services, they are rude and not helpFul at all. They will only tell you that it is customers’ responsibility to be careful not to be cheated! You need to pay whatever it shows and if you don’t agree with they said, they will not refund your money. Totally fraud! Please do not shop from this website! Horrible horrible horrible company

Mystery Box
The items I received were all ill fitting and of surprisingly cheap quality. I realize that the mystery box is heavily discounted but I’m not sure if I would even purchase the items I received at the discounted price, let alone the full price. I thought this would be fun to try out and maybe keep one item, and give the rest away, but I did not find that any of the items were suitable to wear. I thought that the ads for the mystery box on Instagram were deceitful. I did think it was nice that Few Moda donates a portion of the proceeds to COVID-19 causes. The package also took almost three weeks to get to me. Hopefully the other people who purchased this box had better items and faster shipping than I did.

I received my first order and I loveeeeed all of them! They all fit beautifully. The customer service is also very helpful with the questions I had. Overal, very positive experience.

Lack of customer service. Beware of canceling membership if you buy an item. They will charge you full price!! I’ve been trying to return my items but customer service is so unresponsive
