Athletic shoes
I recently got some new athletic shoes from Shoe Palace, and man, what a letdown. I mean, the ordering part was easy enough, but they charged me an arm and a leg for shipping - 11 bucks! And then, to top it off, they shipped my shoes late, so I had to wait even longer to get them. When the package finally showed up, it was a mess. The box looked like it had been through a tornado, with tape all over the place. And the shoe box inside was all beaten up too. I'm pretty sure that was all Shoe Palace's fault for not packing it right. I even took some pics of the shipping box before I opened it, just so I had proof of how bad it was.
Big transaction mix-up
The store made a mistake with my bank card, they charged me 14.47£. Then, this Only Fans platform came along and took 50$, which is 39.36£. I have a feeling these transactions are related in some way. I'm crossing my fingers that I can get my money back by filing a chargeback. Watch out for these scammers, everyone!
Shoes in hard-to-find size
I was a little unsure about buying from Shoe Palace because of some mixed reviews, but I went for it since they had the shoes I wanted in my size. To my surprise, the shipping was super quick and smooth. I even contacted customer service with a question, and they got back to me fast and helped me out right away. I got my shoes in no time and was so happy with the whole process that I ended up ordering another pair that's on its way. I'll definitely be coming back to Shoe Palace for all my shoe needs from now on.
Scarface sneakers
I got a pair of sneakers from Shoe Palace over the holidays, but it took forever to arrive. When the new delivery date came around, I wouldn't be home, so I wanted to change it. I tried calling Shoe Palace during normal business hours a bunch of times, but no one picked up the phone. I even sent emails warning them about package thefts during the holiday season. No luck. The shipment got stolen in the end. Shoe Palace kept blaming FedEx and wouldn't admit their mistake. Even after a long process with FedEx, Shoe Palace never gave me a solution or compensation. Their customer service was terrible, and I wish I'd checked the reviews before buying from them.
Online return experience
My return experience shopping online with this store was a disaster. It was so annoying that I couldn't just return the item in the physical store, especially since I bought it on the internet. Having to fill out and print a return form, pay for shipping, and then to make matters worse, pay a restocking fee, was just over the top. It felt like way too much trouble for what should have been an easy thing to do. I won't be coming back to shop here after dealing with all that.
Online shoe order
I just got some new shoes online but ran into a problem. I filled out all my credit card details and confirmed my order, but then I got an email saying they canceled it. I was pretty bummed out about it and now I'm not sure if I can trust that website. It's kinda scary thinking my card info might be out there for no good reason. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying from them, my experience wasn't too great.
Quality, price, fast shipping, detailed updates
Oh, I gotta tell ya, the quality and the price at this place are really top-notch. I was so impressed by how quickly they shipped out my order, and the updates they gave me on its preparation and shipment were seriously impressive. You can bet I'll be back for more.
December order
I ordered something from Shoe Palace in December, thinking it would arrive by the 15th. But here we are past that day, and I still haven't gotten anything. I've tried calling and emailing them with my order number, but no luck - no response at all. My time dealing with Shoe Palace has been a letdown. From now on, I won't be shopping with them again and wouldn't suggest them to anyone. It's probably best to hit up a real store or go with a more dependable shoe shop.
Running shoes
I went to the Shoe Palace in Colma, California recently and man, it wasn't great. The people working there, especially the manager, were not very professional or friendly. The manager, this young lady with a ponytail, straight up ignored me. She helped everyone else but didn't even bother to ask if I needed anything. And when I was checking out, she just slid my shoes across the counter and kept talking to a coworker, not caring about customer service at all. It was pretty bad, and it made the whole store look bad too. Even with that bad experience, I still kept the shoes because I needed them for an event coming up.
Running shoes
As someone who's been into running for a while now, I'm always trying to find the best shoes to help me keep up my game. Not too long ago, I snagged a pair from Shoe Palace, and man, I gotta tell ya, these shoes are the real deal. The folks working there really know their stuff and helped me find the perfect pair for what I need. They've got awesome cushioning and support, making my runs feel like a breeze. If you're an athlete on the hunt for some quality running shoes, I definitely suggest checking out Shoe Palace.
Shoes ordered in December
I ordered some shoes back in December, but I still haven't gotten them. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email and phone multiple times, but no one has gotten back to me. I'm pretty upset about the lack of communication and customer service from this store. On top of that, the shipping costs were way too high. I wish I never even ordered from them and wouldn't suggest their services to anyone.
Shoes
I went to the store in the mall and man, it was like, the worst service ever! None of the workers even looked my way, let alone offer to help me find some super cool kicks. I was just like, "Come on, I'm a customer here!" I ended up just grabbing a pair of shoes on my own because the service was so bad. Seriously, they really need to step up their customer service game big time.
Ivy Park shoes
I'll be real with you - I was kinda nervous about ordering from here because of some bad reviews I read online. But, I said what the heck and went for it anyway and got myself a pair of Ivy Park kicks from Shoe Palace. And you know what? I was actually really happy with the whole thing. Ordering was a breeze, I was kept in the loop with updates on my order, and to top it off, my package arrived earlier than I thought it would. And let me tell you, those shoes were the real deal. I was so relieved to see the quality was on point, and I'm seriously stoked about my purchase.
Wasted time
Don't even bother ordering from this place if you don't want your order to get canceled and your time wasted. Trust me, it's a total joke. Save yourself the headache and just shop somewhere else. The customer service is awful and the prices aren't worth the trouble. If I could, I'd give this place zero stars.
Shoe order after reading concerning reviews
After reading some bad reviews, I was kinda worried about buying from Shoe Palace. But I decided to go for it and ordered some shoes anyway. Then I saw a scary post online that freaked me out, so I ordered the same shoes from another store just to be safe. I quickly called Shoe Palace asking to cancel my order. I talked to a real person, who was super nice and understanding. She told me the order had already been shipped, so they couldn't cancel it. I was surprised when my shoes arrived in just 7 days without any problems. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely buy from Shoe Palace again.
Unresponsive customer service and charged without receiving item
I had the worst experience with this store. I tried to cancel my order, but got no response at all. I even sent them two emails, and still didn't hear anything back. When I called, I was on hold forever and didn't get any help. And on top of that, I never even got the item I ordered, but my card still got charged. This kind of customer service is just not right.

Ordered starter jackets, 1 got canceled
I bought a few starter jackets from this shop. I placed orders three times, but each time they ended up canceling one of them. And on top of that, they charged me for shipping every single time! The customer service is basically non-existent, and needless to say, I'm not too thrilled about it.
