    Label orders

    I really love these labels! I've ordered them several times and they always go beyond what I expected. The customer service is fantastic and they were able to handle my son's long last name like a champ. The labels look awesome and have stayed strong through lots of washing and using. Even though I had to wait a little longer because of the back-to-school rush, the quality of the labels made it totally worth it. I totally recommend these labels to anyone who wants durable and personalized labels.

    Shoe order after reading concerning reviews

    After reading some bad reviews, I was kinda worried about buying from Shoe Palace. But I decided to go for it and ordered some shoes anyway. Then I saw a scary post online that freaked me out, so I ordered the same shoes from another store just to be safe. I quickly called Shoe Palace asking to cancel my order. I talked to a real person, who was super nice and understanding. She told me the order had already been shipped, so they couldn't cancel it. I was surprised when my shoes arrived in just 7 days without any problems. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely buy from Shoe Palace again.

    Stroller purchase

    I bought a stroller from this company not too long ago, but I was bummed because it didn't live up to my expectations. It was making all sorts of annoying noises like squeaking and squealing the first time I took it out in public. I contacted customer service right away, giving them all the info about my purchase and even sending videos to show the problem. At first, all I got was an automated message telling me to contact their after-sales department. I didn't hear back for a whole week, but then out of the blue, the customer service team reached out to me and fixed the issue by replacing the chassis for free. It was a nice surprise and they handled it well in the end.

    Smart mattress purchase

    I gotta say, the customer service from Smart Mattress has been top-notch. Every time I reach out with a question or feedback, they are quick to respond and really pay attention to what I have to say. They truly care about their customers and never brush off any of my comments. I really like how they listen to my suggestions, address any issues I bring up, and are always looking to make their services even better in the future.

    As for the mattress itself, I am loving it. It keeps me nice and cozy in the winter and the alarm feature is super reliable. I wake up early every day for work, so having an alarm that actually works is a game changer. I've been using this mattress for about two years now and it's been nothing but awesome. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality sleep product. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

    2 light knit sweaters

    i ordered 2 sweaters. from germany. as they are a little bit too small for me i want to send them back. on their website tjere is a link to create a label for the return. this doesnt work properly althoug i work with all numbers from the invoice. i sent 3 emails to all their email accounts that are listed online > no response at all after 3 weeks. i am really pissed, very bad service
