    Finally some relief after the billing scare

    I signed up for Filmora on Jan 9 and started playing with it the same day. At first I was stressed — saw multiple charges and kept checking my card — but after a slow-ish support exchange they straightened it out, and honestly that was the exact moment I felt satisfied. The editor itself is easy to use, I was cutting a short video within ten minutes, which really calmed me down. It’s not flawless, and the price could be sharper, plus support took longer than I wanted, but once the billing got sorted I was actually pleased. Small hiccups, but overall happy I stuck with it.

    buy again or wait for some future paid upgrade. That was surprising and annoying. I expected a transfer or at least a reasonable exception.     YouTube channel recording software

    I bought this software for my YouTube channel because my old one had limits on how long I could use it. But, it kept freezing every time I tried to use it after the free trial. It even messed up my computer and I had to pay to get it fixed. The customer service folks were nice and sent me a new version, which was fine until the latest update. Then, it started freezing again and didn't work well with my editing software. I spent hours trying to fix it, but in the end, I just gave up and got rid of it. Don't waste your time on this software!

    My experience with that video editing software has been a total nightmare. It keeps freezing up on me, and the customer support team hasn't been much help at all. They keep saying they'll fix it, but nothing gets better. I even tried downloading an update, but that didn't do anything. I haven't been able to use the software at all with all these problems going on. And getting a refund has been just as frustrating. I definitely suggest steering clear of this product and company.

    When I first tried out the software, I thought it was great because it was easy to use and had templates already set up, which was perfect for beginners. But then things went downhill fast.     License transfer issue

    I recently ran into a really annoying situation with this software I was using. I was trying to switch from using it on a PC to using it on a Mac. See, I had been using it to edit my GoPro hero 10 videos on my PC, but when I got it all set up on my Mac, I found out I had to buy a whole new license. I really like this program and I know how to use it well, so I didn't want to bother trying to find and learn a different editing program. It just felt like they were trying to make more money by taking advantage of loyal customers like me. I wasn't asking for a free ride or anything, just the option to move my current license from one kind of computer to another. And the fact that it's literally just a download makes this whole restriction even more irritating.
