I signed up for the free trial, but I couldn't cancel within 7 days. I ended up getting charged for the renewal even though I sent emails to cancel. The customer service wasn't helpful at all, and they refused to give me a refund because of their policy.
Video editing software
I've been using this video editing software for a couple of years now, and I have to say, my experience has been really good. It works great for editing mini documentaries, gameplay videos, and vlogs. The interface is easy to use and beginner-friendly. I like that there are a lot of features and tools to choose from, so I can customize my videos however I want. If you're looking for a good video editing tool, I would definitely recommend this one. But I do think they could add more effects to their library and maybe offer some discounts for loyal customers.
Video editing app
The video editing app has a steep learning curve and isn't the most user-friendly, but once you get the hang of it, it's a pretty solid tool. The basic tutorials and guidebook that came with it didn't really do it for me, I found it easier to just Google my questions. But I do like the features the app has and I've had fun using them once I figured out how to get around the app. All in all, I'd say it's worth checking out if you're willing to put in the time to learn how to use it well.
Social Event Video
In 2022, I had the awesome opportunity to create a video for this major event in my city where a bunch of folks sang the anthem. Thank goodness for Filmora! It allowed us to add a bunch of images and make the video really pop. The updates made it easy for us to improve our work. Big shoutout to the team over there for all their help!
Editing software
I bought some editing software from you all and it's been giving me constant problems. Every time I try to export a video, I keep getting this never-ending pop up that says "validating resources." It's been going on for a while now and it's super frustrating because it's slowing me down. I think it might have something to do with my VPN, but I can't turn it off because I really need it for my work.

The video editing software itself is really good and powerful, but I was so disappointed with the pricing. I thought the annual plan was a great deal, but then I discovered that all the cool features I wanted were in a separate plan that costs even more! It's like buying a burger and then being told you have to pay extra for the cheese and lettuce. Not cool at all. I was really looking forward to editing my videos, but now I'm feeling like I got fooled into spending more money than I intended. I won't be recommending this to my friends for sure.
Easy video editing software
Filmora is great for beginners like me who don't feel like spending hours watching tutorials on other fancy software like DaVinci and Adobe. I've been using Filmora for over two years and it's been awesome! It has everything I need without having to search for extra stuff. And the free resources they offer are really helpful!

The folks who helped me out were really fast and helpful, but I wasn't a fan of their license agreement rules. I signed up for a subscription that only works on my desktop, not my laptop. So, I've switched over to using other apps like Davinci Resolve Studio and Camtasia instead.
Credit card security issues
I had the worst time with the payment system on this website. When we put in my husband's credit card, we kept getting alerts about fake transactions all the time. Dealing with the bank to cancel these charges and the money we lost has been such a pain. I really wish I had read some reviews on trustpilot before buying anything.

I just got the Filmora video editing software and man, it's got some great features and an easy-to-use interface. Only thing is, I was a bit confused about the whole "7 days free trial" deal they mentioned when I bought it. Wasn't sure if that was part of the $29.99 plan or what. It'd be a good idea for the company to make that clearer so they don't confuse other customers like me.

This is not possible for video editors like me to use multiple softwares for one job Complete package may cause some cost factors but if one who pay fifty plus dollars can pay few more dollars for perfect editing software
Before putting my concern here i had a small discussion with your executive and shared in details what i missed during using Filmora
I know my other friends who are using same software since good time but my point of concern is common for them too.
