Groceries shopping disaster
I can't believe what went down when I ordered groceries through Shipt! I texted my shopper to ask when they would be here, and they totally lost it on me. They were yelling about a double order I didn't know about, left some groceries in their car, then flipped me off and drove off with my stuff! Can you believe that? I had to file a police report because they basically stole from me. On top of that, they swapped some of my items for more expensive ones and pocketed the difference. Dealing with Shipt and the grocery store to sort things out has been a total nightmare. I'm really upset and disappointed with the whole situation.
Ordering groceries for Disney World
The last time my family and I went on vacation to Disney World, we tried using a service to order food from Tara. Unfortunately, the driver claimed they delivered our entire order, but all we received was hairspray, which wasn't exactly ideal for settling my hunger. It took a lot of calls to sort things out and get a refund, but honestly, all we really wanted was the food we had ordered. It was definitely not a pleasant experience, guys.
Yogurt order
Yeah, so I ordered some yogurt from Shipt and it was honestly really bad. The delivery person was so rude, didn't even pay attention to what I was saying, and just kept laughing the whole time. And to top it off, the yogurt they dropped off was way past its expiration date, like a whole week later. I mentioned it to them, but they just brushed it off and said to deal with the store. I had already spoken to the store! Seriously, Shipt's service is just awful. If you're thinking of ordering from them, just be careful.

My experience with the company went downhill when I tried to cancel my membership online. They don't make it easy - no option on the website or app. They didn't tell me this when I signed up. It's frustrating and outdated to have to call in to cancel. It shouldn't be this hard to end a service.

I ordered groceries and ended up with a bunch of extra fees! I had to pay a same day delivery fee which was fine, but then I got hit with regional fees, taxes, and a suggested tip on top of everything. I thought the delivery person was already paid by the company, so why should I have to tip them as well? It ended up costing me way more than I had anticipated.

Shipt is amazing! Their customer service is top-notch and their prices are unbeatable. Uber doesn't even come close with their high prices and subpar service. Shipt always comes through with a helping hand and they are super efficient!

I ordered some stuff for delivery not too long ago, but it never showed up. I tried contacting customer service for help, but they didn't do anything to fix the problem.
