Grocery delivery service
I had a super annoying time with this grocery delivery service recently. I've been a loyal customer for a while, but out of nowhere, I couldn't place any orders. When I reached out to customer service, they just gave me some vague apologies and said they couldn't deliver to my address anymore. I tried to figure out why, but all I got was more apologies and no real explanation. I even went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB, but that hasn't really helped. I'm thinking about taking legal action, but their lack of transparency has me feeling so frustrated and powerless.

Plus-sized clothing order
My plus-sized clothing order just arrived after waiting forever! The package looked pretty rough, but luckily everything was in there. I was really happy with how well the clothes fit and the quality was top-notch. Hard to find in my size sometimes. I gotta say, I was skeptical in the beginning, but now I see that Bloomchic is legit. I'll definitely be buying from them again soon. My bad for doubting you, Bloomchic!

Zach not only offered options within my budget, he also recommended some useful accessories for a beginner like my son.
