    I really thought this company would have great customer service. But man, the ordering process was a mess. My account info had mistakes and everything was taking forever. They hardly communicated with me, I had to bug them multiple times just to hear back. The service was not great, and their prices were way too high. I could have got the same stuff for cheaper somewhere else. And to top it off, my delivery was super late and the items were messed up. Such a letdown overall.

    My son recently told me he wants to start playing the electric bass guitar, and as a parent who doesn't know much about music or instruments, I had no clue where to start. So, I decided to call up Sweetwater and ended up talking to a guy named Zach. Right off the bat, Zach was super helpful and understanding of my lack of knowledge. He took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, and then gave me some great advice on what type of electric bass guitar would be best for my son, all without trying to sell me anything unnecessary. Zach not only offered options within my budget, he also recommended some useful accessories for a beginner like my son. It was clear to me that Sweetwater really cares about their customers and wants to create lasting relationships with them.

    Delayed order

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, but I'm starting to think about going somewhere else. It looks like they're putting all their focus on giving products to YouTube influencers for free, which means the rest of us are stuck waiting a long time for things that are out of stock. Since the company was taken over by a new one, it's been tougher to find a good deal and customer service has gone downhill. It's annoying to watch influencers get treated so well while the rest of us have to pay full price and wait forever for our stuff. I think they need to rethink this plan if they want to keep customers like me around.

    Bass guitar purchase for grandson

    I recently got my 10-year-old grandson a bass guitar from this company. When I was tuning it, the guitar fell and got chipped. I contacted Sweetwater for help fixing it, and they put me in touch with a guy named Michael Papst. He asked for pictures of the damage, and after just 10 minutes, he called me to say they'd send me a new guitar. I was so happy with how quickly they responded. The new guitar came in 2 days, and they even included a prepaid shipping label to send back the damaged one. I'm really thankful and happy with the great service from Sweetwater.

    My experience with Sweetwater has been amazing. I bought two guitars, including a PRS guitar, and they came in perfect packaging and condition.
