Headboard return issue
I've been trying to return a headboard since March 13th. I've talked to a bunch of customer service reps, but they keep messing up my info and I still don't have a solution as of March 22. It's been super frustrating and now I have a bad opinion of the company. I won't be ordering from them again for sure.

Mic cable replacement
I was looking for a new mic cable and got connected with Alex. He really knew his stuff and helped me pick out what I thought was the right one. Turns out it wasn't quite what I needed, as I was looking for something more heavy-duty with a finer diameter. But Alex caught on quick and when he found out the cable I wanted was no longer in stock, he gave me a few other options to consider.
