I'm actually pretty happy with this juicer after a shaky start. I grabbed it because I wanted a quick morning routine — 8am rush, two kids, one coffee-deprived parent — and didn't want to fuss. At first I was annoyed: the instructions are a little vague, snapping the lid on felt awkward, and the juice cup looked tiny. Took me a couple days to figure out the rhythm: softer greens, then apples, then quick carrot chunks. Once I started chopping carrots smaller and alternating ingredients it stopped clogging and the output improved a lot. It's loud, sure, but it's fast — I can have fresh juice in five minutes and that matters on busy weekdays. Cleanup is actually okay if you rinse right away; let stuff sit and it's annoying. The small collector is annoying, but I just juice into a larger pitcher and that fixes it. I also got a follow-up email asking for a review, a bit pushy, but whatever. Overall: nice value for everyday use, fits into our breakfast groove, and I reach for it way more than I expected. Would I buy it again? Yep, with minor tweaks to how I prep the produce.
Cheap metal, slow returns — not worth it
I wouldn't recommend this company. I paid for two 3-tier garden beds thinking I'd be planting in no time, and instead I got a mess that ate up a weekend and a bunch of patience. The panels looked like they were pulled out of a yard-sale bin, with a weird weathered film all over them like they'd been sitting outside for years. That was the first red flag. The second was the "instructions" — a few lines and some sad diagrams that assumed magic would happen. I had to rent a drill just to make holes and even then the brackets didn't line up, nothing stayed snug, and when you bumped it the pieces came apart. I had two guys who do renovations look at it and both shrugged and said it looked like a scam. They managed to semi-assemble one panel, but the rest? Three loose panels sitting in my garage, totally useless.
I contacted customer service, sent photos, and was told they'd check with the manufacturer. Okay fine, that part happens. But the response time was glacial. It took multiple emails over weeks to get any movement. I returned the unopened box and the warehouse confirmed receipt, yet the refund still hasn't come through and every reply felt like pulling teeth. Communication was the worst part — if you like sending four emails to get one answer, then fine, this is your jam. I do wish the company would be faster and more honest about quality control. My actual advice: don’t assume pictures are accurate, and be ready to fight for a refund. Oh, and open the box outside, because if it's bad you'll want space to swear and toss things without wrecking the kitchen.
Emotionally, it's frustrating more than rage — mostly disappointment. I expected a simple garden solution and got a weekend of repairs that didn't work. If they improve quality or speed up returns, I might reconsider, but for now I'm telling friends to skip it.Headboard return issue
I've been trying to return a headboard since March 13th. I've talked to a bunch of customer service reps, but they keep messing up my info and I still don't have a solution as of March 22. It's been super frustrating and now I have a bad opinion of the company. I won't be ordering from them again for sure.

Patio heater purchase
I bought a patio heater from your store not too long ago, and I'm having some trouble with it. Even though I made sure to follow all the instructions, I just can't seem to get it to stay on. The fact that there's no pilot light setting like it says in the instructions is making it hard for me to figure out what's wrong. I've tried so many times to turn the control knob like it says, but the flame just keeps going out on its own. This whole situation has been super frustrating, and I'm pretty let down by how this product is working.

I just bought a hunting blind from this place. I was kinda bummed at first because the $10 off code for first-time buyers wasn't working on Superbowl Sunday. But when I contacted customer service, they got back to me right away and said they'd help me out. Luckily, I didn't really need it because the code ended up working just fine on Monday morning. So now I got a sweet discount on a really good deal and I'm super excited to get my new blind in the next 3-5 days.
Folding bed purchase
The item description was super clear and simple to understand, so it made it easy for me to pick out the right folding bed that I needed. Garden arbor purchase, on sale, flimsy, missing hardware, honeysuckle
I recently bought a garden arbor from that store when it was on sale for about $60. Even though the price was good, I have to say the arbor didn't impress me much with its quality. It feels a bit weak, and I'm worried about how it will hold up in strong winds. Also, some of the pre-cut holes didn't line up right when I put it together, so it was hard to secure the hardware without making adjustments. On top of that, some of the hardware was missing, so I had to make an extra trip to the store to get the right screws to finish assembling it. I was hoping it would look better once covered in honeysuckle, but I'm still disappointed with how it turned out and the whole experience of buying it.
Confidence in purchase
I decided to buy from this store because of all the good reviews from other folks that made me trust that it's a good place to order from. The website was super easy to use, so I had no trouble finding and buying the thing I wanted. I really liked how smooth everything went while I was shopping on this site, and I can't wait to get my hands on my first purchase from here.
Steel shed for trash cans
I bought a steel shed for my trash cans that was a good deal, but man did I run into some problems putting it together. The instructions were a mess - couldn't tell which side was supposed to be inside or outside on the steel panels. Found a couple of screw holes that were in the wrong spot, so I had to drill some new ones to make it work. The magnets that were supposed to hold the lid on were useless, so I had to throw in some extras to keep it secure. And there weren't any magnets for the doors at all, so I had to add those myself. Also, the lid panels got all gunked up with debris because there weren't any openings on the structural member. The latch/barrel bolt for the doors was a disaster and had to be swapped out. But even with all these problems, my review still hasn't shown up on the Costway site, which makes me think they only want positive reviews to be seen.
