3 extra thick eggs ordered, 2 received
I just bought some stuff from this chocolate company and man, was I let down. I ordered 3 of those extra thick eggs, but when my package came, there were only 2 in there. I hit up customer service about it, but all they could do was give me a refund since they didn't have any more in stock. It's pretty disappointing, especially since this company has a good rep. After checking out some other reviews, turns out this happens a lot. I was hoping for better service, honestly.
