Flight delay causing missed connection
My experience with this airline was a total letdown. My first flight got delayed, so I ended up missing my connecting flight and had to wait a whole 24 hours for the next one. The compensation they offered was pretty measly - just a 15 euro meal voucher and a crappy hotel room for a few hours. On top of that, the airline staff did a terrible job communicating and offering help, which just made everything even more frustrating.

I just bought a Carbon X reel from this company, and I have to say, I am really impressed. The customer service was amazing, and the reel itself went above and beyond what I was expecting. Misleading product images
I screwed up and ordered two coats online that looked great in the pictures, but when they arrived, they were a total disappointment. Trying to return them was a nightmare too, thanks to their awful customer service. They told me I'd get a refund in 1 to 5 days after they got the coats back, but it's been 15 days and my money is still MIA. They're totally ghosting me on email too. When they did give me a refund for one coat, they couldn't even add correctly. And get this - they refunded me through Amazon Pay instead of my original payment method. This company is a hot mess.

My 13-year-old chocolate Lab has been loving this pet nutrition product that gives her an energy boost. The ingredients are top-notch and have really spiced up mealtime for my furry friend. So I just bought a real doll from this shop and I was pretty satisfied with the quality. The only thing that bothered me was that they didn't have an option to ship from Europe. Being in the Netherlands, I had to wait quite a bit longer for my order to show up because of the international shipping. Other than that, the doll was top-notch, but I did have a bit of trouble getting rid of stains from dark clothes.
