I’ve rung three days in a row since then and the wait times are just ridiculous — if you’re number five in queue, forget it, you’ll be waiting an hour or more. It really feels like one person manning the phones because your position moves in 10–20 minute bursts, if at all. I use this laptop for remote meetings and work, so this is more than an inconvenience; it disrupts project time and causes extra stress. I’d gladly send it back if the process were straightforward and I trusted getting a refund, but after the long holds and radio silence I’m hesitant. Hoping they sort it quickly — I just want the right machine or my money back, simple as that.
