Quality product at a good price
I just bought something from this website and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how everything went. The site was super easy to use and gave me all the info I needed on the product I wanted. Sunday delivery disappointment
I paid extra for Sunday delivery for an item that was supposed to arrive on the 26th of May. Unfortunately, the driver didn't even wait for me to come downstairs before driving off. The company said they would deliver it to a DPD locker near my house, but it never came. They rescheduled the delivery for the 28th of May, but it didn't arrive once again. They then promised to deliver it on the 29th, but I'll be at work all day. I tried to reach out to them about my concerns, but they ignored my emails. Overall, a very unprofessional experience after spending over £100 on their services.
Laptop upgrade to Windows 11
I just got a new Windows 11 laptop from this store. Everything went real smooth and the price was pretty good. It came real fast and was packaged really well. It was exactly how they said it would be, and it's been working fine so far. Only thing is, I found 8 student-looking word documents on there, but I deleted them right away. But I'm happy with my purchase overall.
Monitor purchase for home office setup
Stock Must Go came through with the exact monitor I needed to match the one I already had, which I couldn't find anywhere else. I had pretty much given up on eBay, but then I came across Stock Must Go and saw they were running a special Easter promo, so I figured why not give it a try. Ordering was a breeze, and the delivery was super fast. I placed my order on a Monday and had the monitor in my hands within 3 days. The coolest part was that DPD even dropped it off at my local shop for me since I'm usually at work when they deliver. I didn't order HP Eliebook 840
An order was submitted through eBay that I didn't order. I attempted to cancel the transaction 3 times but wasn't allowed to. This site billed my credit card without my authorization and said they were shipping this laptop. I canceled the transaction through my credit card company for fraud. Laptop didn't arrive anyway but I figued this was a scam.
