a helpful person stepped in, walked me through the final steps, and suddenly I was able to pull my funds. Not glamorous, not instant, but real. The moment I saw the transfer hit my account, I let out a little laugh — half disbelief, half “finally.” It didn’t fix every bump in the process and I still don’t love how many hoops there were, but for someone like me who uses this in spare hours between work and family stuff, getting that payout made it worth sticking it out. Wouldn’t recommend it blindly, but if you’re persistent, there’s hope.
Wrong laptop, endless hold music
I opened the box during a quick lunch break and realized right away it wasn’t the model I ordered. The laptop itself seemed fine — screen, keyboard, battery looked okay — but it wasn’t mine, so annoying. I called them and, weirdly, the first time I got through straight away and the agent said they’d email a return label. Eight days later no label, nothing. I called back a week after that and ended up on hold for nearly two hours, got to the front of the queue and it dropped to voicemail. Left a message, sent a complaint email from their site, all the usual. I’ve rung three days in a row since then and the wait times are just ridiculous — if you’re number five in queue, forget it, you’ll be waiting an hour or more. It really feels like one person manning the phones because your position moves in 10–20 minute bursts, if at all. I use this laptop for remote meetings and work, so this is more than an inconvenience; it disrupts project time and causes extra stress. I’d gladly send it back if the process were straightforward and I trusted getting a refund, but after the long holds and radio silence I’m hesitant. Hoping they sort it quickly — I just want the right machine or my money back, simple as that.
Laptop with incorrect RAM
I just bought a laptop from this company, and even though it showed up in good shape and was packaged really well, I was bummed to see it only had 8GB of RAM instead of the 16GB that was supposed to come with it. But when I reached out to the company to let them know, they quickly got back to me and gave me a refund so I could buy the extra RAM. Their customer service was top-notch and totally changed my mind from being disappointed.
Cheap prices and fast delivery
I was really happy with how cheap everything was on that online store. But, when I got one of the boxes, it was all beat up. It had a sticker on it saying it was damaged, but that wasn't on the website when I bought it. Still, I can't be too mad 'cause the prices are so good. The delivery came super quick and I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out.
Controller with bad upwards drift
The controller I bought had a lot of problems like drifting up and skipping inputs whenever I changed games or used the d-pad and left toggle. It really made playing games frustrating and not as fun as it should've been. I was bummed out by the lack of quality in this product.
Faulty item
My time at Stock Must Go wasn't great. I bought something that ended up being broken, and that really bummed me out because it wasn't cheap. They definitely need to step up their quality control game. But hey, gotta give credit where it's due - they did give me a full refund, so I do appreciate that.
Refurbished product
I bought a refurbished product from this company not too long ago. Even though there were some issues with delivery, I was actually impressed with the item when it arrived. It was in great condition, looked brand new, and everything was there and working perfectly. Dealing with the courier problems and import duties was pretty annoying, though. And not having a customer service phone number to call for help was definitely a downside. It would have been nice to talk to a real person about what was going on.

camera lens
I recently got a camera lens from this online store and I gotta say, the lens itself was exactly what was advertised and it arrived in perfect shape. The only thing is, the packaging was kinda lacking. I think they should add more bubble wrap to make sure fragile things like camera lenses don't get damaged. Overall, it wasn't terrible but they could definitely step up their game in the packaging department.
Dab radio
I recently got this awesome Dab radio from Stock Must Go. I decided to pay extra for faster delivery because I needed it right away for the weekend, and it arrived right on time, just as they promised. The radio is perfect for me, it's small and has 5 preset buttons which is exactly what I wanted. I'm really happy with my purchase from Stock Must Go.
Collectors edition purchase
I just snagged a collectors edition item from Stock Must Go at a really good price. The service was quick, but I was bummed with how it was packaged. They just stuck it in a post bag with no padding or anything, and since I'm a collector, the condition of the item is super important to me. It showed up kinda beat up, which was annoying. If they had just taken the extra step of putting it in a cardboard box for more protection, it would have been a perfect 5-star experience.

PS4 controller
I got that PS4 controller I ordered really quickly, actually a lot faster than I thought it would come. But now there's a little issue - the right stick keeps getting stuck whenever I try to push it to the left, which is pretty disappointing.

2 white controllers for PS5
I just got in my order of 2 white controllers for my boyfriend's PS5 and let me tell you, he is loving them! The controllers feel super fresh and there's a noticeable improvement in stiffness and resistance compared to his old ones. We've been using them for a few days already and haven't run into any problems. I would definitely suggest these controllers to anyone thinking about upgrading!

Defective controller purchase
I bought a controller from this store not too long ago, and when it arrived, it was broken. Even though they said it was new, it definitely wasn't. So, I contacted customer service to try and fix the problem, but they didn't seem to care at all. It was like they only cared about taking my money and moving on to the next customer without fixing my issue. It's really disappointing to see this lack of responsibility and care for their customers.

So, I bought an iPhone from this company's marketplace. The first phone I got wasn't up to snuff, so I returned it. Easy peasy return process, and the second phone was way better.
