    Two sun loungers

    I bought two sun loungers online recently, but sadly one came broken. I reached out to customer service right away and tried to fix the problem through a bunch of emails and talking with the supplier. Even after going to the store in Dos Mares, Murcia, I couldn't get it sorted out. It was really annoying to find out that stuff bought on the internet can't be returned in person at the store.

    Electric water heater purchase.

    I bought an electric water heater from that store, but instead of using their installation service, I had my plumber put it in. Sadly, it turned out to be faulty. When I contacted customer service about exchanging it, they weren't much help. They just kept passing me from one department to another, and I couldn't get my issue resolved. The service was really bad, and I felt frustrated and let down by the lack of support.

    Shower door replacement

    Our experience with the shower door from Leroy Merlin has been a complete nightmare. The first door actually exploded during installation and even caused some injuries to the fitters. It's been weeks of going back and forth, and we ended up having to buy a replacement door that turned out to be the wrong size. The customer service was just awful, and we still don't have the right shower screen that we paid for.

    Patio heater purchase

    I bought a patio heater online not too long ago. Unfortunately, it didn't show up after a week, like it was supposed to. Then out of nowhere, they cancelled the order with no explanation. I was pretty annoyed by that so I asked for a refund and tried to order a different patio heater instead. But the same thing happened, they cancelled the order again without telling me why. Their lack of communication and how they can't get orders right has really ticked me off. So, I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on.

    Self-checkout incident

    I had a really bad time at that place because the security and employees were so rude. My husband was waiting in line to pay for our stuff while I quickly went to the self-checkout to use the bathroom. But as soon as I tried to leave without buying anything, a security guard and an employee stopped me and started scolding me. I thought it was really rude and unnecessary for them to treat me like that. It made me feel super unwelcome and uncomfortable there. I talked to the Manager about what happened, but they didn't say sorry or even acknowledge that their staff did anything wrong. It was pretty obvious that the whole store needs better customer service training.

    Dryer purchase from Leroy Merlin

    So I bought a dryer from Leroy Merlin, and it was delivered by a partner from Cadiz. But when I tried to switch the model, I ran into some problems. I reached out to Leroy Merlin for help, but they didn't do anything to assist me. They just told me to call StopCrazy, who also couldn't figure out the issue. I tried visiting Leroy Merlin in person twice and sent them three emails, but their customer service was no help at all. Now I'm stuck with a useless dryer and will be charged 100 euros to return it to Cadiz. I'm really frustrated and disappointed by the lack of support and poor service from both Leroy Merlin and StopCrazy.

    Kitchen worktops order

    I went to Leroy Merlin to order some kitchen worktops, but they never showed up! The delivery kept getting delayed, and nobody bothered to give us a heads up about what was going on. We had workers all set to help us unload the worktops because we can't lift heavy stuff by ourselves, but we were left waiting. It was a total disaster, and I was beyond frustrated!

    I was shopping at the store in Alicante, Spain and let me tell you, it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. This guy named Mr. Miguel in the paint department was completely clueless and so rude. I can't believe Leroy Merlin would even have someone like him working there. It's just not right.

    I bought a pergola online and was supposed to pick it up at the store. But then I got an email saying it wasn't available and would be in stock in three weeks. I tried emailing and visiting the store in person to get it sorted out, but it just got confusing. Different locations were telling me different things about when the pergola would be available, which was annoying and took up a lot of my time. The staff not communicating well and giving me wrong info made the whole thing a huge hassle. It's not cool and makes the company look bad.

    I bought some doors and installation services from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it's been a huge letdown. It's been two whole months since they took my money, but the installation still isn't finished.     My experience at the store today was a disaster. Yesterday, I expected solar panels to be delivered but they never showed up. So, I went to the store to figure out what happened - talk about a nightmare! The lack of communication between departments was terrible. I had to go back and forth between pick up, delivery, and the shop multiple times, hearing different stories each time. I wasted so much time just trying to figure things out. The customer service was awful; no one took responsibility or gave me any answers. Finally, after what felt like forever, I found out my products were stuck in Valencia with no delivery date. I left feeling frustrated and let down by the whole experience.

    Sun loungers, third-party seller

    I want to talk about the Sun loungers I bought from a third-party seller recently. I have to say, I'm really disappointed with the service I got from them. It took a lot of effort to get them to replace the faulty Sun loungers I only used once. And then, they told me they made a mistake and wouldn't be sending a replacement. This goes against consumer rights and Spanish law, which says products should be guaranteed for 2 years. It's really not right and it's not fair. I really don't recommend using this company because they don't keep their promises.

    Dishwasher and fan extractor purchase

    I just bought a dishwasher and fan extractor from the store. The ordering part went smoothly, but I was let down by the lack of info on the plumber fittings required for the dishwasher. It was annoying to realize I had to hire a plumber and pay more for installation. On top of that, the fan extractor didn't even come with an electric cable, so I can't use it until I get one separately. They said they would fix things, but I haven't heard from them since. I'm really upset about the lack of transparency and follow-through.

    So, I just got these solar panels, and dude, it was a mess. The shipping got all messed up and they were delayed by like three weeks. It took forever to get things sorted out, but finally, after I made a bunch of complaints, they got their act together. The panels showed up in five days, and they were packaged up real nice. It was a huge relief and definitely a step in the right direction.

    My trip to the store in Nigran near Vigo was amazing! The guy who helped me out, Mr. Israel Garcia, really knew his stuff when it came to all the products I needed for my kitchen makeover. He was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and guide me towards the right choices. I was really impressed by how quick and efficient he was in addressing any problems that popped up during my visit.
