Return process experience
I bought a rug from this company and had to return it, but man, it was a pain. They gave me directions on how to send it back, but I didn't know there was a 30-day limit. It would've been nice if they had just told me that upfront, instead of just saying where to send it. It made the whole process way more confusing than it needed to be.

Elite vaporizer
I just got the Elite vaporizer and gotta say, it was a letdown. Thing heats up like crazy and I have to keep re-heating it just to get any vapor, even if it's set to the max temp of 410 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, it takes forever to charge and the battery dies pretty fast.

Food intolerance test
This test was super helpful in identifying foods that were causing problems for me. It was user-friendly and the results came back really fast, which was a huge relief. I was able to reach out to customer service for any extra assistance I needed, and they were even able to help me with signing up. I was pleasantly surprised that I could schedule a follow-up consultation to plan out my next dietary moves. All in all, I thought this test was extremely useful and I'm grateful for the support I got.

Mini chain saw purchase
I bought a mini chainsaw last year and was pretty happy with how it worked. It was a good deal and did a nice job cutting small branches and such. But then, after just four months, it stopped working out of the blue. I got in touch with customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how they handled it. Even though it was just past the warranty, they said they'd replace it without any issues. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and I was really grateful for it.

Flight canceled due to weather
I was really looking forward to my vacation, but then my flight got canceled due to the weather. I decided to give Apple a call to see if they could help, but man, their customer service was just terrible. I had to talk to a bunch of different people and was kept on hold forever. By the time we finally made it to our hotel, nothing had been sorted out. It definitely turned out to be the worst vacation ever.

Hard OLED display for iPhone XS Max
I just got a new OLED screen for my iPhone XS Max from Digital Supply USA. It was super easy to install and the screen fits perfectly. The toolkit had everything I needed, and I even used a hair dryer to get the old display off since I didn't have a heat gun. The new screen is way brighter than the original - such a nice surprise!

Personal checks and return address labels
The checks from this company are just awful. They're so hard to tear out of the checkbook without tearing them, making them basically useless. And the return address labels I got are almost impossible to read, which defeats the whole point of having them. I shelled out a bunch of money for these checks and labels, and I'm super bummed out about the poor quality.
