Resort booking with change of destination
I recently booked a resort vacation through Apple Vacations months in advance. I made sure to get travel insurance just in case. As our trip got closer, we saw that the weather at our original resort was going to be awful the whole week. With only 14 days left before we left, I contacted Apple Vacations to ask if we could switch to a different resort with better weather. The person I talked to in customer service was really helpful and happy to help me change our destination. Even though the new resort was a little more expensive, I was okay with paying more for a better vacation. The whole process went smoothly, thanks to the professional and efficient Apple Vacations team. I've been using Apple Vacations for 8 years now and have never had any problems with their services. Thanks, Apple, for always giving us great service and making our vacation dreams a reality.
My trust surely goes with the largest vacation flight providers
I already heard of apple vacations before even started researching about it.. One of my buddy in LA, works in a travel company. He knows this stuff. Apparently instead of his travel agency, he persuade me to go for apple vacations.
They do have customization-based variety serving interests which is cool, I mean the already packed travel products seems boring to me. So apple listens to you, they have utlimate client satisfaction and I am not saying that after the services, rather how they were focussed for that.
That quality there, hard to find!
I truly vouch for apple vacations since they made my few days in Europe awesome.Honeymoon vacation package
My honeymoon trip was a total letdown thanks to this travel company. Right from the start, the shuttle service to the resort was a mess. The person on-site didn't seem to give a darn about anything, making me feel completely ignored and irritated the entire time. Even though I paid extra for a private transfer, it never came through, which was a huge bummer. The whole trip didn't live up to what they promised, making me wonder if they're really as trustworthy as they claim to be.
My trip was super expensive and Apple Vacations didn't tell me about all the extra fees!
I was pretty excited to book my vacation with Apple Vacations, but then they hit me with over $1000 in hidden fees just before my trip. And to top it off, they didn't even give me any extra perks or anything.
Recent trip rate increase
I just booked a trip through this company and everything was going smoothly until I saw the rate for the same trip shoot up overnight. I get that prices can change, but such a big increase in just a few hours is not cool. It makes me wonder if this company is just trying to rip off their customers. If they keep pulling these kinds of stunts, they're going to lose loyal customers like me. I really don't like it when companies track your searches and then jack up the prices, thinking they can get away with it. It's a shady move that doesn't reflect well on the business at all.
BlueBay Resort was a mess
Oh man, let me tell you about this resort I went to - it was awful. The rooms were super old and disgusting, and the staff were so rude! I felt totally unsafe and uncomfortable the whole time. You definitely don't want to go there, trust me.
Puerto Vallarta trip
I was in Puerto Vallarta last month and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster of a vacation. None of the promises made were kept and I'm never booking with them again. Just a heads up for anyone considering it - buyer beware!! I wouldn't even give it one star.
Apple Vacations, disappointment
I am never going to waste my time and money booking through this company again. From the moment I got on the plane to the resort, it was just one disappointment after another. The false advertising was such a letdown. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that actually keeps their promises. Cheap Caribbean is always reliable, unlike Apple Vacations.
Vacation issues
I tried reaching out to the vacation folks twice while I was on my trip and they totally ghosted me! All I got was a brief email acknowledging they received my message, but no real response. Then at the airport, everything moved at a snail's pace - it took ages just to get my boarding pass. Seriously not cool, man. And don't even get me started on their customer service team - they just kept sending me generic responses that didn't solve anything. Yuck, I'm definitely not using their services again!
Flight canceled due to weather
I was really looking forward to my vacation, but then my flight got canceled due to the weather. I decided to give Apple a call to see if they could help, but man, their customer service was just terrible. I had to talk to a bunch of different people and was kept on hold forever. By the time we finally made it to our hotel, nothing had been sorted out. It definitely turned out to be the worst vacation ever.
Vacation booking experience
My recent experience with the vacation booking service was a bummer. The website's booking system is super outdated, which made it really hard to add travel insurance for everyone in my group. I could only insure the person on each room, which made things way more complicated than they needed to be. And when I tried to change dates for the folks who weren't insured because of the pandemic, they said I'd lose all the money I already spent on the trip. It was so inflexible and their customer support was not helpful at all, leaving me super unsatisfied with the whole service. Plus, I spent forever on hold every time I called, with each call taking at least an hour, which just added to the frustration and inconvenience.
Group trip booking
As someone who usually plans their own trips, I decided to give this travel agent a shot. I joined a group trip they were organizing but ended up pretty disappointed. The rates they gave me weren't any cheaper, which had me questioning if group rates were even a thing. And then the travel insurance policy I got turned out to be a waste of money because when I had to cancel my trip, I lost a big chunk of what I paid. On top of that, trying to get my credit voucher from their website was a nightmare. I kept getting an error message saying I couldn't access it. Their lack of transparency and not helpful customer service left me with a bad taste in my mouth. It seems like this company cares more about making money than actually helping customers. In this day and age, with the internet and everything, Apple Vacations really doesn't offer much. Overall, trying to fix all the problems this company caused me just wasn't worth it.
Booking struggles
I recently booked a vacation with this company, and let me tell you, the payment process was a complete nightmare. I attempted to make a payment for my sister's booking several times, but my credit card just wouldn't go through. I even reached out to my credit card company, and they swore up and down that the issue wasn't on their end. Dealing with customer service was equally irritating - I was put on hold for what felt like ages, got disconnected while talking to a manager, and it was a mess. This whole ordeal has me feeling really uneasy about the trip itself.
