Mask and daily cleansing jelly
The mask is amazing! The instructions are really easy to follow and the little brush makes it so simple to put on. I also got the daily cleansing jelly and it's really gentle on my skin. After using them, my face felt really refreshed and looked brighter. My skin was super soft and moisturized, I felt like a superstar!

I just ordered an airgun from this company, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how fast and professional they were. Vacation issues
I tried reaching out to the vacation folks twice while I was on my trip and they totally ghosted me! All I got was a brief email acknowledging they received my message, but no real response. Then at the airport, everything moved at a snail's pace - it took ages just to get my boarding pass. Seriously not cool, man. And don't even get me started on their customer service team - they just kept sending me generic responses that didn't solve anything. Yuck, I'm definitely not using their services again!

Shoes that don't fit
I bought my wife a pair of shoes from this store for a gift, but they didn't fit her right. I wanted to exchange them for a different size, but the customer service team said no. Now my wife is stuck with shoes she can't even wear. It was a really bad experience, definitely won't be shopping here again.

Baby stroller
I bought a baby stroller, and it was kind of a bumpy ride. So, I went online to place the order and never got an email confirming it. I had to reach out to customer service to see what was up, and turns out they forgot about my order. Lucky I checked in, or who knows if I would've ever gotten that stroller. They said it would take 5-7 days to arrive, but it actually took 9 days. The good news is, when I talked to customer service in Denmark, they were super helpful. The stroller arrived in perfect shape with everything I needed inside the box.

Cheap and cheerful clothing
I thought the stuff wasn't great quality, but hey, for the prices, what can you expect, right? Still, I've had some good experiences with my orders. The shipping was faster than I thought, and the stuff was cute and easy to wear. I get that some folks might gripe about the quality, but for the price, I think it's pretty decent. Just a heads up, I'd steer clear of things like jeans or jewelry that need better materials.
