    Green watch with comfy rubber strap

    Kitchen worktops order

    I went to Leroy Merlin to order some kitchen worktops, but they never showed up! The delivery kept getting delayed, and nobody bothered to give us a heads up about what was going on. We had workers all set to help us unload the worktops because we can't lift heavy stuff by ourselves, but we were left waiting. It was a total disaster, and I was beyond frustrated!

    UI/UX design bootcamp

    I recently checked out this design bootcamp, and it was really cool! I already had some design skills, but this course was awesome for beginners too. The projects were a lot of fun, and I really felt like a designer. The online platform was user-friendly, and I could easily communicate with my teachers and classmates.

    Monthly snack box

    I was really let down by the snack box I got from this company last month. The snacks were all pretty boring, the packaging was way too much, and there wasn't enough variety for my liking. Some of the items weren't even labeled on the packaging, so I had to keep checking the leaflet that came in the box just to know what I was eating. Plus, there were way too many sugary treats and not enough savory snacks to balance it out. The whole thing just felt kind of lacking in terms of options. I really hope they rethink this new packaging and selection before it starts hurting their business.

    2 portable lights for upcoming trip

    I recently bought 2 portable lights for a trip I'm planning in April. Unfortunately, when they arrived, one of them was damaged because of a leaky battery. I reached out to customer service and got in touch with a guy named Josh. He was super nice and right away said he'd give me my money back for the broken light. But I actually wanted a replacement, so Josh made sure to send me a new one for free. I was really impressed by how easy and fast everything was. It's hard to find this kind of great customer service nowadays.

    Trip booking mishap

    I had a terrible experience last year when I booked a trip through a travel agent. I found myself just 4 weeks away from my trip with no itinerary and no way to contact the agent. Even worse, her phone was disconnected, so I was stuck and feeling helpless. I tried reaching out to Apple Vacations for help, but they said they needed to talk to the agent first. How was I supposed to do that if her phone was out? It was so frustrating and disheartening. This whole situation could have been avoided if they had better customer service and backup plans.
