Makita mower purchase
I ordered a Makita lawn mower but then figured out I actually needed the self-propelled one. So, I shot off an email to customer service to ask if I could cancel the shipment. They got back to me quickly and said it was all good. A few days later, they got the mower back and gave me my refund just like they said. Then, I went ahead and ordered the right model, and it came on the same day. It's working like a charm. All in all, I'm really happy with the customer service from this company.

I was kind of unsure about getting anything because of the reviews, but I took a chance on some running gear. It did take a while for them to get to me in the EU, about 3 weeks, but when they finally did, I was really happy with what I got. The clothes were just what I wanted, so good that I got them in a few different colors. Every time I ordered, everything went well and the stuff showed up in perfect shape.

I bought something online not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty darn impressed. The website was super easy to use, checking out was a breeze, and my order arrived in a decent amount of time. Maternity clothes purchase for upcoming trip home
I'm a first-time expectant mother and I was so excited to buy maternity clothes for my trip back home to the United Kingdom to see family before the baby comes. But man, my experience with this company was just awful. I forked over $340 and paid extra for fast shipping, only to have my order not even sent out until 5 days later. And when I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all and wouldn't cancel my order or give me a refund. Now I'm out of money and have nothing to wear on my trip. This company just doesn't care and doesn't even feel bad about the whole thing. They're the absolute worst store I've ever dealt with.

I just got the Super Chewer box for my dog and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the toys inside. As soon as that box arrived, my pup was all over it, so excited to see what was inside. I could tell right away that these toys were built to last and handle some serious chewing, which is great because my dog is definitely a tough chewer. She did manage to wreck one of the toys pretty quickly, which was a bummer, but when I contacted customer service, they offered to send me a replacement toy for free, no questions asked. The whole process of ordering was a breeze, and my package arrived right on time. I really appreciate the awesome customer service I got and I'll definitely be sticking with Super Chewer for my dog's toy needs.

I found these really awesome pants at a store that I wear all the time because they are so comfy and look amazing! But here's the thing, the zippers on two pairs out of the ten I bought are plastic and they broke. Now I have to find a seamstress to fix them without spending a ton of money. The content filtering and blocking service is pretty good, but honestly, there's still some room for improvement. Anniversary trip booked by travel agent
Our travel agent was absolutely fantastic and handled all the arrangements for our anniversary trip through a vacation company. She really nailed it! However, once we arrived at the hotel, the vacation company dropped the ball. They only took care of our initial transportation and then left us hanging. No anniversary shout-out, no check-ins during our stay, and we even had to ask the hotel Concierge to set up our ride to the airport. We were taken aback because typically the vacation company does something special for us, like a welcome gathering or a little surprise in our room. But this time, we heard crickets from them. It was a major letdown.

I've noticed that the folks working in customer service at this store are super helpful and ready to jump in whenever there's a problem with an order. Fortunately, I haven't had any issues with my own purchases, but I have seen that the quality of the products seems to be slipping. It looks like they're focusing more on fast fashion lately, which might not be everyone's cup of tea.
