Purchased two sweaters and jeans.
I got these really cute sweaters and jeans on sale online, and I was so pumped to receive them. But when I checked on my order, the jeans were out of stock and there was no info on when they'd be back. I reached out to customer service, but they wouldn't let me cancel the tops or refund the pants. Seriously, what gives?! It left me feeling super frustrated and let down.
Recent clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the quality. They weren't the cheapest, but the stitching was falling apart after only one time wearing them. The fabric also felt flimsy and got wrinkled way too easily. I used to always shop here, but now I'm seriously thinking twice about ever coming back.
Clothing items
I wanted to share my recent experience as a customer at your store. I purchased some clothing items, but unfortunately, I had some problems with them. One of the shirts I bought was damaged, so I returned it for a replacement. However, when the replacement arrived, I was surprised to see that I was charged again for the same item. It took several phone calls to fix the issue, and I'm still not sure if the refund was processed correctly on my credit card. I'm also worried about how my Mastercard number was used without my permission. In addition, I bought some black jeans that got streaky after washing them. When I told the store about this, they said there was nothing they could do. All of these situations have left me feeling let down and questioning the quality and customer service your store provides.
Cute clothes
I got these adorable clothes from the store, but when I went to pay two days before the deadline, they hit me with a late fee because apparently it takes 72 hours to process payments. It's so annoying, and now my credit score is messed up. I used to be a loyal customer for me and my family, but not anymore. Their customer service is just awful.
Recent online purchase
I bought something online not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty darn impressed. The website was super easy to use, checking out was a breeze, and my order arrived in a decent amount of time. I was happy to see that everything I ordered was actually in the package because sometimes online orders can be missing stuff or have the wrong items. The quality of the stuff I got was top-notch and matched up with what was described on the website. All in all, my recent purchase went really well and I'm happy about it.
Budget-friendly work clothes
I needed some new clothes for work, but I didn't want to spend a ton of money. So, I headed over to the clearance section at this store. I was pretty stoked to see they had a bunch of cool and high-quality clothes at really good prices. The person working there was super nice and even gave me an extra discount, which was awesome. I'll definitely be going back for more stuff in the future!
25-year loyal customer
I'm just shocked at how disrespectful this place has been to me. I've been a loyal customer for 25 years, spending my money here, and all they did was close my account instead of helping me with a small problem. I'm so let down, and I won't be coming back here ever again.
Online shopping experience
I live pretty far from the closest store, so I always go for online shopping. It's really easy, and their customer service is always great. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is when I have questions or need help. The prices are good, and the clothes are always top-notch quality. I'm a happy online shopper at that store.
Overcharge issue
I'm really frustrated because I got charged twice for my online order and the company isn't fixing it, even after I showed them proof. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but they keep putting me on hold forever and never call me back. It's really disappointing how they're handling this situation. And on top of that, my order is taking forever to arrive.
Super cute top
I got this really cute top at the store, but they didn't have my size, so they said they could order it online for me. When I got back home, I saw they totally misspelled my address on the order! I called customer service, but they were absolutely no help at all. It's super frustrating!
Pink sweater, true to size
So I got this pink sweater and it felt kind of cheap for the price I paid. But it fit me perfectly, so I guess that's a win. I don't think I'll shop from them again though. Oh, but the shipping was really fast, which was a nice surprise.
Recent online purchase struggles
I recently tried to buy something online and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I really like the stuff they sell at this store, but ordering stuff on their website seriously gave me a headache. They canceled my last order three times! I was super annoyed and missed out on some good deals. It's a bummer because I have a credit card from that store that helps me save money, but they don't always have my size in stock in the store so I have to order online. But the whole process is such a pain that I've started shopping somewhere else.
Oversized Hoodie
I bought an oversized hoodie from this place not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. Like seriously, the website didn't even bother letting me know that the prices were in American dollars, so I ended up getting charged way more than I thought. I even made sure to ask if there was a Canadian site available, and they told me the prices were easy to find. Turns out, they were practically invisible at the bottom left corner of the page in super tiny print. That kind of sneaky business is just not cool with me, and I definitely won't be coming back to shop here again.
Return and exchange process
I just had to return something at this store and man, it was so easy! Unlike other places where they make you explain why you're returning stuff, all Maurices asked was if I wanted my money back or a new item. It was so nice not having to go through a million questions, made the whole thing quick and easy.
Cropped jeans and tank top
I really like shopping at this store because they always have such good deals and their clothes are really nice. I just got these cropped jeans and a tank top, and I'm so pleased with how they turned out. The people who work there are always super nice and ready to help, and the store is always really neat and easy to look around in. I'll definitely be coming back here to shop again soon.

I really love shopping at this store because they have the cutest clothes that always fit perfectly! The staff is always super friendly and helpful, which I appreciate. If there's ever an issue with my order, they're quick to fix it for me. I always have a great experience shopping here.
Jeans
Sometimes I need assistance to shop. Today I was in the Centralia, IL store (0396) to buy jeans. After losing weight I had no clue to my size. AVA was working in the store, and she did everything possible to help me. She must have carried half the store inventory to the fitting room to help me. We ended up in the girl's section, and I LOVE the jeans I purchased. (Along with a clearance coat!) Thank you much, Ava for your help. I could not have done it without you!
Nice winter apparels
What a collections , just fantastic especially winter collections.Just mind blowing ,
Jackets fox fur trim hoodie outwear jacket in yellow. and black ,These two jackets can bear zero degree temperature.lovely colors ,well placed comfortable pockets ,soft and cool .
Cardigan and some woollen hats.As we all know delivery part is badly effected ,time wise or cost wise but shops are not dying for it.Good part is within five hundred dollars I bought three great jackets two cardigans and 3 hats Not a bad feel at all.Prices are just best in the market .This could be best place for winter shopping .Clean work and good people ,always available for customers.
