Lip kit purchase
I bought this lip kit from this place, and I was so disappointed when I got the wrong product. I contacted customer service to ask about the mistake, but they were so unhelpful. They had the nerve to blame me for their error, saying they were out of stock so they just sent me whatever they had. No heads up, no effort to fix things, just plain old negligence. It's really frustrating to be treated like this as a customer.

Monthly subscription for underwear
I've been a loyal customer for a year now, using the monthly subscription service. I have to say, I am obsessed with the quality and comfort of these undies. They are incredibly soft and fit perfectly. Plus, the fact that they support my favorite podcasts just makes me love them even more. I've gradually swapped out all my old undies for these and now I won't wear anything else. The designs are so fun and unique, I feel like a total boss wearing them. I would definitely recommend these undies to anyone who wants both comfort and style!

Ergonomic chair, mixed feelings
The chair looks amazing and is pretty comfy, but I was kinda let down by the padding on the back. I could feel those bars going across, which made it not so great for sitting for a long time. Would've been nice if the chair could lean back a bit more too. But I gotta say, the new armrests and seat cushion are awesome, super comfy. And that custom headrest was a great addition, just the way I wanted it.

$75 flower order for mom's birthday
I wanted to surprise my mom on her birthday with a beautiful flower arrangement that cost $75. So, I placed an order through this service. But man, let me tell you, it was a disaster! The website said that they could deliver on the same day, but then after I confirmed everything and paid, I get a message saying they can't do it. The customer service folks were no help at all. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they tried to get me to pay extra for delivery the next day. I felt like they didn't care at all about the inconvenience they caused. To top it off, they only gave me a lousy $5 discount on a replacement order. They already had my money, didn't want to give it back, and insisted on sending my mom a potted plant instead of the beautiful flowers I had wanted. It was such a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend using this service to anyone.

Recent online purchase struggles
I recently tried to buy something online and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I really like the stuff they sell at this store, but ordering stuff on their website seriously gave me a headache. They canceled my last order three times! I was super annoyed and missed out on some good deals. It's a bummer because I have a credit card from that store that helps me save money, but they don't always have my size in stock in the store so I have to order online. But the whole process is such a pain that I've started shopping somewhere else.

Christian news app subscription
The news on this Christian app is definitely better than NPR, but it could be improved. It seems to have a left-leaning bias, always bashing Conservatives and never calling out Democrats. I wish it was more balanced and informative like some other Christian news apps out there. Because of this, I've decided to cancel my subscription.

My new kicks
I was really excited to get my new shoes from StockX, but then I found out they don't do exchanges. Can you believe that? I had no idea until after I bought them. I really needed a smaller size but now I'm just stuck. Besides that though, everything was great - ordering, delivery, all of it. I'm overall really happy with everything, just not the exchange policy.
