    Activewear - Order Confirmation Issue

    I recently had a cool experience with my purchase at Activewear. Once I placed my order, I was left wondering where my confirmation email went. After waiting for 3 days, I decided to hit up customer service directly. They quickly let me know that my stuff was on its way. At that point, I checked my junk mail and found the confirmation of my order. Despite this little blip, my goods got to me quickly and were in good shape, just what I ordered. Activewear really does have the best prices compared to other shops, and the 5-day delivery was a nice surprise. All in all, I had a good experience and would give it a 5-star rating.

    I ordered a hoodie and leggings back in February. At first, I got an email saying there were technical issues, but then everything went silent. I started thinking they totally forgot about my order. Finally, I decided to reach out last week and they were pretty chill after that. Today, my stuff arrived and it's all good. If they just kept me more in the loop with updates, they wouldn't have so many negative reviews.

I've made like 7 orders now and every one of them has been awesome. They ship and deliver super fast, probably the fastest I've ever seen.     Long wait, poor communication

    I'm really disappointed with the service I received from Activewear Group as a customer. I placed an order seven weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried contacting them several times to check on my order, but they haven't been very communicative. Their lack of response and failure to give me any updates have been frustrating and unsatisfactory. I don't think it's right for a company to keep their customers in the dark for so long. I wouldn't recommend buying from them based on my experience.

    T-shirts order

    I ordered some t-shirts in March and it's already May, but I still haven't gotten them. The customer service team told me there was a delay in late March and said I'd get them in 7-12 days, but it's been about 7 weeks now and I still haven't received anything. I'm really let down by the company's lack of follow-up and communication. I won't be recommending or using them again.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I placed my order back in January, and here we are in May, and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I've sent multiple emails and messages, but their customer service team hasn't gotten back to me at all. It's just not right to take someone's money and then not give them what they paid for or even let them know what's going on. I would suggest steering clear of this company and not ordering from them no matter what.

    I bought some business clothes from Activewear Group back in early February, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I placed my order and then heard absolutely nothing. No updates, no communication - nothing. I tried reaching out several times but got no response. It wasn't until three months later that my order finally showed up, and I had to turn it away from the delivery guy right away. Honestly, dealing with Activewear Group has been a huge letdown. They were totally unprofessional.

    I bought some blouses and shirts for work back in March, spending a total of $162. It's been a while, but I still haven't gotten my order, despite all the emails saying sorry for the delay. I asked for a refund on May 5th, but haven't heard anything back yet. It's been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with this, so I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

    Work aprons for staff

    I ordered these work aprons for my staff back in February, and let me tell you, it's been a complete nightmare! They took my money and then just disappeared - where did they go? I've been emailing and messaging them non-stop but haven't heard anything back. I need my money back ASAP or else I'm going to have to take some serious action. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, like seriously, what's up with those rare positive ones?

    I really wish I had checked out the reviews before ordering from this company. This is the second time my order has been delayed, even though I paid extra for fast delivery. I'm tired of their constant excuse of a software update causing the delays. I won't be using this company again, that's for sure.
