Long wait, poor communication
I'm really disappointed with the service I received from Activewear Group as a customer. I placed an order seven weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried contacting them several times to check on my order, but they haven't been very communicative. Their lack of response and failure to give me any updates have been frustrating and unsatisfactory. I don't think it's right for a company to keep their customers in the dark for so long. I wouldn't recommend buying from them based on my experience.
T-shirts order
I ordered some t-shirts in March and it's already May, but I still haven't gotten them. The customer service team told me there was a delay in late March and said I'd get them in 7-12 days, but it's been about 7 weeks now and I still haven't received anything. I'm really let down by the company's lack of follow-up and communication. I won't be recommending or using them again.
Delayed order
I had a really bad experience with this company. I placed my order back in January, and here we are in May, and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I've sent multiple emails and messages, but their customer service team hasn't gotten back to me at all. It's just not right to take someone's money and then not give them what they paid for or even let them know what's going on. I would suggest steering clear of this company and not ordering from them no matter what.
Activewear - Order Confirmation Issue
I recently had a cool experience with my purchase at Activewear. Once I placed my order, I was left wondering where my confirmation email went. After waiting for 3 days, I decided to hit up customer service directly. They quickly let me know that my stuff was on its way. At that point, I checked my junk mail and found the confirmation of my order. Despite this little blip, my goods got to me quickly and were in good shape, just what I ordered. Activewear really does have the best prices compared to other shops, and the 5-day delivery was a nice surprise. All in all, I had a good experience and would give it a 5-star rating.
Red workout leggings
Hey everyone, I wanted to tell you about these awesome red workout leggings I got from Activewear Group. They are so comfortable and stylish! I've been wearing them non-stop to my dance classes and they are holding up great. Definitely suggest checking them out if you need some new workout clothes!

I bought some Activewear stuff not too long ago and I gotta say, it was a pretty bad experience. So, I put in my order and then realized that they didn't send me everything I paid for. I tried emailing customer service right away, but didn't hear back from them at all. I reached out to them a bunch of times, but still didn't get any sort of solution, my money back, or the stuff I didn't get.
Late order
I bought some business clothes from Activewear Group back in early February, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I placed my order and then heard absolutely nothing. No updates, no communication - nothing. I tried reaching out several times but got no response. It wasn't until three months later that my order finally showed up, and I had to turn it away from the delivery guy right away. Honestly, dealing with Activewear Group has been a huge letdown. They were totally unprofessional.
Work blouses and shirts
I bought some blouses and shirts for work back in March, spending a total of $162. It's been a while, but I still haven't gotten my order, despite all the emails saying sorry for the delay. I asked for a refund on May 5th, but haven't heard anything back yet. It's been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with this, so I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Unfulfilled order
I ordered something two months ago and still haven't gotten it. I've been contacting customer service a bunch of times, but all they do is say sorry for the wait without telling me anything specific about my order. I even asked for a refund, but I don't think I'll ever get my money back. It's been pretty annoying and disappointing overall.

I ordered these work aprons for my staff back in February, and let me tell you, it's been a complete nightmare! They took my money and then just disappeared - where did they go? I've been emailing and messaging them non-stop but haven't heard anything back. I need my money back ASAP or else I'm going to have to take some serious action. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, like seriously, what's up with those rare positive ones?

I really wish I had checked out the reviews before ordering from this company. This is the second time my order has been delayed, even though I paid extra for fast delivery. I'm tired of their constant excuse of a software update causing the delays. I won't be using this company again, that's for sure.

Oh my gosh! So, I ordered these adorable leggings and a sports bra, right? But then they sent me an email talking about some "technical issues" and told me to email them for a refund. So, I did, but then I just got the same automated email again! It's been forever and I still haven't heard anything back from them. My mom thinks we should report them to the police because what they're doing is totally not okay. We gotta shut down these scammers right now!

I placed an order with this company about two months ago and I haven't gotten the tops I ordered yet. I've reached out through email multiple times, some of which got replies and some didn't. Every time I talk to customer service, they say they're sending my order again quickly, but nothing has arrived. Definitely not happy with this company - they're terrible.

Oh my goodness, I ordered activewear from this company and it was seriously the worst experience ever! I placed the order a while back and still haven't received it. I even tried to cancel, but never got a response. Ended up getting my clothes from somewhere else because this company is just awful. Can't believe they're still up and running. Had to go through my card provider to get my money back because their service is just so terrible!
Two polo shirts
I was a little hesitant after seeing some bad reviews, but I decided to go for it and bought two polo shirts anyway. I was worried they wouldn't show up, but they did, and right on time too. Thanks for proving me wrong!
Children's hoodie
