Quick fix for color samples
The website was kinda hard to figure out at first, but after some trial and error, I got the hang of it. I was bummed to realize that I didn't actually snag those two free samples like I thought I did. Those samples definitely ain't cheap, so it was annoying to have to shell out more cash for expedited shipping.

Order cancellation without explanation
I had a really frustrating time dealing with this company. I was so pumped to get this product I ordered, but then they went ahead and canceled it without even giving me a reason why. And to top it off, nobody from customer service said sorry or tried to make it right. I ended up feeling annoyed and let down by the whole thing.

Overpriced photo package
I messed up and bought this package of 5 photos when all I really needed was one. Totally forgot about the extra 4 pics until a whole year later when I saw that my plan had expired. Didn't get any email heads up from the company this whole time, which just made it all the more annoying. Now I'm out here with a bunch of useless images that I paid for. Seems like this company cares more about making money than keeping their customers happy.

Vit C serum purchase
The Vitamin C serum I bought was such a letdown. It was super watery, which made it a pain to put on and felt like a waste. It didn't do a thing for my skin, and after using it for two months, my skin actually looked darker instead of brighter. Such a bummer.
