Wide shoes
After I bought a pair of wide shoes from Shoe Sensation, I was pretty disappointed with how they turned out. I thought they were overpriced, especially considering the quality didn't really stand out compared to cheaper options from other stores. To make matters worse, the shoes didn't fit well, lacked support, and didn't really shape to my foot like I had hoped. It was a letdown, to be honest. And to top it off, I found out that the shoes weren't even made locally, which was surprising because that wasn't made clear when I bought them. After just a week of wearing them, they started slipping and causing even more discomfort.

Visa gift card purchase
I was so happy when this store took my Visa gift card for my purchase. Other sites, like the one that rhymes with LA protection, always want a credit card instead. I'm an older lady who buys gift cards from my bank to shop online for my grandkids, so I avoid using my credit card to avoid getting hacked. Thanks for being understanding and making my purchase easy. It's nice to see a company that cares about what their customers want.
