Shoes for husband
I just bought my husband a new pair of shoes from this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed with how great the service was. Ordering was super easy and fast, and the shoes got to us in just three days. The customer service folks knew their stuff and were super friendly, which made the whole thing a breeze. I was so happy with my purchase that I told my son about it, and he also had a good time ordering two pairs for himself. All in all, I'm really happy with the service and prices at this company.
Two pairs of shoes
I went to this store and right away someone said hi to me at the door. The person who assisted me was super nice and friendly, they showed me just what I was looking for - they even talked me into getting a second pair, even though I wasn't planning on it! When I inquired about a pair that seemed a little worn, the employee got their manager involved and made sure I got a discount on my purchase. I was really impressed with how affordable the shoes were and they were really great quality too.

Shoes returned due to wear in a short period
I bought some shoes at Shoe Sensation, but I had to take them back after only wearing them for a little bit. When I went to return them, they said they wouldn't take them back because they had been worn outside, even though it was only for a day. The manager didn't even check my receipt to see that I had just bought the shoes three days ago. I was pretty bummed and annoyed by their strict return policy.

It took me a long time to find the shoes I wanted because the employees were too busy chatting with their friends instead of helping customers. I mean, come on, guys, do your job! Nobody even greeted me while I was there. It was disappointing. They need a whole new staff who actually value customers. I won't be returning there for sure - I'd rather make the long drive to the Jonesboro store. Not cool, Shoe Sensation, not cool at all.
Tight shoes, poor customer service
I bought some shoes from this store not too long ago, but they ended up being too small for me. When I tried to get help from customer service, I was pretty surprised by how unclear they were. It took a few days to get a response saying I could send the shoes back for a refund. But what they didn't say in the email was that there'd be a restocking fee. It felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me with that sneaky business move.

After paying for bookbag and picking up at our local store, I was wrapping gift and noticed a sale price. I sent an email with my complaint. The company took time to explain how that happened, offered a coupon for 20% off my next order and today I received a partial refund for amount overpaid! Thank you shoe sensation! You went above and beyond, and I appreciate it! Thank you Daniel!

I went to the Shoe Sensation store in Beaver Dam, WI not too long ago and gotta say, the service there was top-notch. The staff really knew their stuff and made sure I found what I was looking for. Even though I didn't catch their names, I wanted to give a shoutout for their help. I ended up buying something and now I'm just excited for it to arrive.

Deceptive refund
I just bought some shoes at Shoe Sensation in Paragould the other day. Spent over $100 on them, but had to take them back within 2 hours. Well, when I checked my account, turns out they not only didn't refund me but actually charged me again for the shoes! Now I'm out more than $200 with nothing to wear. The store won't own up to their mess-up and insists they only charged me once, but I know what I saw. This whole situation is just not cool and really ticks me off.
Prom shoes purchase
I went to the store the other day to get some shoes for prom, but they didn't have my size. The salesperson was nice and said they could order a different size for me. When the shoes arrived at my house, they turned out to be the same size I had sent back. It was really irritating because I had asked for a different size. All in all, I'm not happy with how everything turned out and the service wasn't up to par.
Two pairs of shoes for my grandsons
I got two pairs of shoes for my grandkids and I really like them a lot. The whole process of ordering was easy, the prices were amazing, and the delivery was quick. The packaging was really good and I'm totally happy with what I got. Definitely gonna order from them again.
Memory foam work shoes
I bought a pair of memory foam work shoes from Shoe Sensation recently, and I have to say I am really disappointed with the quality. After just 6 weeks, holes started showing up on the soles, causing blisters on my feet. The leather coating is already coming off, which is just not acceptable. When I tried to return them, I was hit with a crazy 30-day return policy that says I can't wear the shoes outside. Like, seriously? Who buys shoes and doesn't wear them outside? These were my work shoes for the office, so the only time they were outside was from my car to the building. I can't believe they wouldn't take them back because of this rule. It's so frustrating. Needless to say, I won't be buying shoes from Shoe Sensation again, and I'll definitely be warning everyone I know about my bad experience.
