I just bought something at this store and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. Ordering was easy and hassle-free, which was super convenient for me. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience really enjoyable. The prices for the shoes were fair too, especially for the quality. Boots
I bought a pair of boots from this place not too long ago and honestly, it was just awful. I placed my order and then right away, I started getting bombarded with emails saying sorry for the delays and trying to offer me discounts for next time. I should've seen that as a red flag right then and there. I tried to cancel my order but got no response at all. I ended up having to complain to the payment provider and only then did the company bother to reach out - but only because they wanted me to drop the case. Even after they promised to cancel the order, they still went ahead and sent it anyway. It was super frustrating and just downright dishonest.
