8 session package purchase
I thought the training session with my trainer was really good, so I went ahead and bought 8 more sessions. But things got tricky when I tried to book those sessions. I had to go through the company's concierge service instead of just talking to my trainer directly. It was a pain because it made it really hard to schedule sessions for the same day and time. I wish they had told me from the start that I'd have to go through the concierge. My trainer was great and knew their stuff, but not being able to talk to them directly about scheduling was a letdown.

Communicating with customer service and trying to return these Gold Boat shoes I bought was such a hassle. I sent a bunch of pictures and called multiple times, but they still didn't fix the problem quickly. It seemed like the shoes I got had been messed with to hide a defect. And to top it off, I never even got that return label they promised. It was super frustrating and now I'm just disappointed.
