Favorite hard water shampoo
I was so excited to stumble upon this amazing find when I finally tracked down my go-to hard water mineral shampoo at Planet Beauty. I had been on the hunt all over for Biolage Normalizing Reset, but was striking out with Amazon, Walmart, and Ulta Beauty. Where I live, the water is super hard with a ton of minerals, so this shampoo is a must to keep my blonde locks from turning orangey. I was absolutely pumped when I found it here. The online ordering was super easy, and I even got a sweet discount for signing up with my email. The only bummer was that the shipping cost was a little high, but the discount definitely helped soften the blow. Overall, I can't wait for my order to arrive so I can get my favorite shampoo back in my hair routine.
Half yearly sale with free shipping
I just scored some sweet deals during Planet Beauty's half yearly sale, and the best part? Free shipping for orders over a certain amount, heck yeah! Their website was so easy to use, seriously saved me so much time and stress. Bummer that they didn't have the AG hair products I love, but hey, can't have it all, right? Still managed to snag some awesome deals on other stuff I needed, so I'm a happy camper.
Hair stuff
I came across some hair products that I needed for my long hair and they were a lot cheaper than other places. But man, I had to buy shampoo and conditioner together to get that deal. I go through conditioner more quickly, so that's irritating. And seriously, why does conditioner always have to be so expensive? Oh well, here's hoping this shampoo actually does the trick for my dry blonde hair!
Skincare purchase
Hey, let me cut to the chase. I bought some skincare stuff from this store recently and man, the product was amazing. It was top-notch quality, no doubt about it. But the whole ordering process was a pain. I had to deal with all these annoying pop-up ads just to get to the checkout. Can't we just skip the ads and get right to the good stuff?
Online purchase, paid shipping
I was bummed out when I had to buy something online because the store near me didn't have it. Not only did I have to fork over money for shipping, but the added cost on top of already pricey products really annoyed me.
Free gift offer and 20% off sign-up deal
I ordered online because of the free gift offer and 20% discount when signing up, but I ran into some issues. The link for the free gift wasn't working, and I was bummed to find out that the 20% off had some hidden conditions that weren't clearly spelled out. The prices seem to be in line with what other stores are offering.

Oh my happiness. I emailed customer service to inquire about a added feature to my order. So easy, fast and were able to grant my wish and go the extra mile.
