Helpful store manager, online order glitch fixed
I had such a good experience at this store! There's this store manager named Ashley who really went the extra mile to help me out with a problem I was having with my online order. I was super grateful for her help and felt like a really valued customer. This store in Dana Point is always a great place to shop because the staff is so friendly and always willing to lend a hand. Keep up the awesome work!
Redken AllSoft Shampoo and Conditioner liter bottles set
I recently bought some Redken AllSoft Shampoo and Conditioner liter bottles from this supplier on sale. But, turns out they're not the real deal. The quality is lacking compared to the authentic stuff I usually use. My hair looks dull and feels off after using them, which is totally different from how it usually looks with AllSoft. I've been using AllSoft for a while now, so I can tell the difference between the real stuff and fakes. I ended up buying smaller bottles from another store to get my hair back to normal. I could return the bottles, but the shipping cost back to the supplier would be more than $20, which is a pain since the products are fake. I suggest avoiding this supplier altogether since they're selling counterfeit items.
Lipstick and Highlighter
I am so annoyed with this store right now. I ordered something weeks ago and I haven't even gotten a confirmation email yet. How am I supposed to know where my order is if they haven't even told me if it's on its way? It's really frustrating and now I'm starting to wonder if this website is even legit. The fact that they're not keeping me in the loop is a major drawback, and I don't think I'll be shopping here again.

Favorite hard water shampoo
I was so excited to stumble upon this amazing find when I finally tracked down my go-to hard water mineral shampoo at Planet Beauty. I had been on the hunt all over for Biolage Normalizing Reset, but was striking out with Amazon, Walmart, and Ulta Beauty. Where I live, the water is super hard with a ton of minerals, so this shampoo is a must to keep my blonde locks from turning orangey. I was absolutely pumped when I found it here. The online ordering was super easy, and I even got a sweet discount for signing up with my email. The only bummer was that the shipping cost was a little high, but the discount definitely helped soften the blow. Overall, I can't wait for my order to arrive so I can get my favorite shampoo back in my hair routine.

I had a good experience shopping at this store. They had a nice selection of travel-sized cosmetics. It was a bit annoying that even when I looked for "small" or "travel-sized" products, I still got regular and large sizes in the search results. It would be better if they could refine the search feature. But despite that, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was really nice and knew their stuff, which made it easy for me to find what I needed. The prices were fair for the quality of the products. In the end, I had a pleasant shopping trip and I'll probably come back again.

I absolutely love this product! I've been using it for a while now, but in a different package. When I saw it here, I was so excited. It does amazing things for my fine, straight hair, giving it just the right amount of volume and control. I can't picture my daily routine without it now.
Paul Mitchell's Tea tree, scalp care anti-thinning shampoo
I was really let down by my recent purchase from Planet Beauty. The item I got was not at all like the one shown on the website. I actually ordered the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree scalp care anti-thinning shampoo, but they sent me the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree scalp care Regeniplex shampoo instead. This was not what I was expecting or hoping for. I specifically picked the anti-thinning shampoo because that's what my hair needs, and now I have a product that doesn't meet my needs. The picture on the website was misleading and made me think I was getting one thing, but I actually got something completely different. If it wasn't for the mistake in the product listing, I wouldn't have chosen to buy the Regeniplex shampoo.

I was bummed out when I had to buy something online because the store near me didn't have it. Not only did I have to fork over money for shipping, but the added cost on top of already pricey products really annoyed me.

I just bought something from Planet Beauty and I'm really happy with how it all went down. They had the best prices around, and I had no trouble figuring out how to use discounts and get free shipping. The whole thing was super simple and easy, unlike most other sites. Hair stuff
I came across some hair products that I needed for my long hair and they were a lot cheaper than other places. But man, I had to buy shampoo and conditioner together to get that deal. I go through conditioner more quickly, so that's irritating. And seriously, why does conditioner always have to be so expensive? Oh well, here's hoping this shampoo actually does the trick for my dry blonde hair!
