The phone service was great, really helpful. When I called to renew my subscription, the person I spoke with was super nice and told me everything I needed to know. But man, navigating the website was tough, even for someone like me who's used to this stuff. I found it frustrating and ended up having to call back for more help. Thankfully, the real person I talked to walked me through everything and it went much better. The phone customer service was really good, but the website could definitely use some work.

Rental car pick-up in Split
We had planned to pick up a rental car in Split, Croatia for a week-long trip. But when we got there, they told us the car wasn't ready like it was supposed to be. Even though we were on time, we had to wait for who knows how long. We asked again after an hour, and still, the car wasn't ready. Finally, they gave us a different car and even upgraded us for free, adding another driver at no charge. Even though it was annoying to wait, we were grateful for the upgraded car and extra driver as a way to make up for the delay and inconvenience.

Rural house stay in Chella
My wife and I stayed at this house out in Chella, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near that place. The owner is as loony as they come. He'll welcome you, take your cash, and then boot you out with rudeness and a disgustingly dirty kitchen. If you're brave enough to give it a shot, be sure to book through central de reservas.com, but proceed with caution.

I wanted to get a special outfit for a big event, so I bought it from this store. I was really hoping to get it in time, but it took a whole 4 weeks to arrive. That was pretty disappointing, especially because the event was just 2 weeks after I ordered it. Memory foam work shoes
I bought a pair of memory foam work shoes from Shoe Sensation recently, and I have to say I am really disappointed with the quality. After just 6 weeks, holes started showing up on the soles, causing blisters on my feet. The leather coating is already coming off, which is just not acceptable. When I tried to return them, I was hit with a crazy 30-day return policy that says I can't wear the shoes outside. Like, seriously? Who buys shoes and doesn't wear them outside? These were my work shoes for the office, so the only time they were outside was from my car to the building. I can't believe they wouldn't take them back because of this rule. It's so frustrating. Needless to say, I won't be buying shoes from Shoe Sensation again, and I'll definitely be warning everyone I know about my bad experience.
