after a messy double-charge situation they actually fixed it. I ordered a tough case because I’d just cracked my phone and needed something fast — moving boxes and life, you know. First the payment hiccup was annoying, and at first support brushed me off, which made me tense. I followed up with screenshots, they checked, and they refunded the duplicate charge. Not perfect — there were extra messages back and forth, and it took longer than I wanted — but the case arrived intact and the extra billing was sorted. Glad it worked out, really. Would I buy again? Probably, yeah.
Perfect fit, postal plot twist
I live near Indianapolis, they supposedly ship from there, yet my package went Dallas → Indy → Louisville, and arrived late. It was meant as a gift for my daughter visiting, so that stung. Would I buy again? Probably yes, the product's fine — just pick a different carrier or expect USPS drama. Tip: allow extra time if it's a gift.
That weird relief when it finally showed up
they actually followed up, checked the warehouse, and the package moved. The moment I knew I was satisfied was when the case finally arrived and it looked exactly like the photos — solid build, snug fit, no weird smells, and honestly better than I expected for the price. That’s what flipped it for me. Not saying the process was perfect — the delay and the vague tracking were annoying and the first replies weren’t helpful — but the product itself and the eventual handling made up for it. If you’ve been burned before by slick brands that never ship, I get the worry. This time it took longer and a few nudges, but it worked out. Would I order again? Probably, just will message customer service sooner and expect a slower ship time. Good product, decent support after push, delivery could be better.
Pretty but not reliable

Phone case problem
The phone case I bought had issues right away. The side button was acting funky and my phone started overheating. I couldn't return it because it was a final sale. Now, a corner is even chipping off. "BOGO promo frustration"
I was really looking forward to snagging the buy one, get one free deal on the website. Got all excited when I added the discount code and it went through smoothly. But then, when I went to checkout, I got a message saying the code couldn't be used on items that were in stock. Like, what's the deal with that? Why offer a cool deal if you can't even use it on stuff that people really want to buy? It just doesn't add up to me. Long story short, I won't bother going back to this website again.
Charger pod and case purchase
I got my charger pod and case back in February but only used it a couple of times before putting it away. Finally, on Saturday, April 1st, when I started using it again, I saw some weird burnt-looking spots on the back, magnet, button, and sides of both the pod and case. I can't tell if it's from burn marks or if some orange-brown stuff has stained it.
Basic case purchase
Yeah, so I got this phone case from them and it was like, decent I guess. It was fine, just not anything special. I left a 3-star review saying it was alright and could use some improvements, but they didn't even post it! I mean, seriously, aren't reviews meant for honest opinions? Now, I'm definitely spreading the word to all my friends about this sketchy business.
Frustrating customer service
I can't believe it! I ordered something and they wouldn't even help me fix my order after less than a day!! How rude!! I'm never buying from them again! My first time buying from them was awful, I just can't even. SMH!!!!
iPhone 15 case purchase
You know, I really recommend being super sure you're in love with whatever you're getting from here. I didn't do my homework before buying an iPhone 15 case, and now I have one without a button for the action button. And to top it off, Casely doesn't do refunds, just exchanges. So if you're not happy with your purchase, you're out of luck. Dealing with this company was a total nightmare.

Oh my goodness, I love these phone cases! They're adorable and really protect my phone. I also ended up getting a Power Pod, which is amazing for charging my phone while I'm out and about.
