Clothing purchase during sale
Everything went smoothly with my purchase. Right after I placed my order, I got a notification saying there were lots of orders coming in, so there might be a wait. They kept me in the loop about my order's status and even though it arrived a little later than I expected, it was still delivered by UPS in a decent amount of time. The product was packed really well and was exactly what I wanted.

I reached out using their online messaging and was pleasantly surprised when I got a response right away from a person named Aubrey. Aubrey let me know that my dress got lost in the mail and offered me a refund or a new dress. The whole thing was sorted out in just 3 minutes, and Aubrey was super nice and helpful the whole time. Healthy Food Option for My Cats
My cats go crazy for this food! As someone who has cats, I always try to give them the best food possible. This food is packed with protein and has just the right amount of carbs, which is exactly what I want for their meals. The shredded canned food in broth is always a favorite with my furry pals, and they lick their bowls clean every time. It’s awesome to see them really loving their meals and getting all the nutrients they need. I will definitely buy this food for my cats again!

Purchased two winter coats
I bought two winter coats online, but they didn't fit right. I tried to send them back within 30 days like their policy said, but they said it was too long. The person on the phone wasn't much help, just said to keep the coats. It's annoying that they never said the exact day I had to send them back by. It seems like they don't want people to return stuff.
