Shoes
I recently bought a pair of shoes from Ortorex and had a great experience. The shoes arrived pretty quickly, especially since I live in a rural area. They looked really nice, but unfortunately, they didn't fit me because my feet are a little wide. So I decided to return them. Instead of making me go through the hassle of sending them back, Ortorex gave me a partial refund and let me keep the shoes. I ended up giving them to a friend who they fit perfectly, and she's been raving about how comfy they are. Overall, I was really happy with the customer service and how they handled everything. Thank you, Ortorex!
Soccer cleats for left-footed players
Man, let me tell you about these soccer cleats - they're a total game-changer for lefties like me. I've always had a hard time finding cleats that work well with my dominant left foot, but let me just say, these bad boys have totally blown me away. In the last 10 years, I've gone through 20 pairs of cleats, all bought from local stores, but none of them have even come close to the comfort and performance of these ones. You better believe I'll be getting more of these in the future once I really test out this pair on the field.
Comfortable but too slim
I bought some shoes at this store since I heard they sell really nice stuff. And yeah, the shoes are super comfy and well-made. My only problem is that they're a bit narrow for my feet. They slip off unless I put them on just right. It would be awesome if they could make them a little wider so they fit more people better.
"Orthopedic shoes"
The orthopedic shoes I got from this company were total garbage, even though they said they were "orthopedic quality." I could've found better shoes for way cheaper on a different website. I'm so bummed about my purchase and wish I'd checked the reviews first.
We bought the cool noise-canceling…
I got these awesome earplugs for only $18, which seemed like a steal! But man, let me tell you, they were a nightmare trying to sleep with. I've been using earplugs for years and these were by far the worst I've ever had. When I reached out to the company for a refund, they basically said tough luck unless they were defective. So frustrating! Plus, I had to pay for return shipping with tracking and they only offered a 40% discount. Like, come on. Definitely steer clear of those earplugs. Ended up buying some Kaugic noise reduction earplugs on Amazon and they are amazing. Should've just gone there in the first place instead of dealing with all that drama. Left a review and also reported them to BBB so everyone knows what's up. Cheers!
Faulty product return
My recent experience with Ortorex's return policy was super frustrating. I did everything they asked for, but still got denied for returning a defective item. They need to be more flexible and understanding towards us customers, it's just not fair. The customer service team didn't even try to help me out, which just caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. It really sucks to see a company caring more about their strict rules than making sure their customers are happy.
Sneakers purchase
I just bought some sneakers from that store and oh boy, it was a total mess. It took a whopping 8 days for the shoes to show up, and turns out they were shipped from overseas. I had to shell out more money just to convert my payment to a different currency. On top of that, the quality of the sneakers was straight-up awful. The front of the shoes looked all wrinkled, the inner sole seemed real cheap, and man, were they uncomfortable. Definitely not what I was promised on the website.
Orthopedic shoes purchase
I recently bought my wife a pair of orthopedic shoes from this company, and let me tell you, it was a real letdown. We got the shoes, and one of them was a whole size bigger than the other, making it way too loose to be comfy. We reached out to customer service, sent them pics and all the info they needed, but we haven't made any progress on getting a refund or a return label. The customer support from this company has been pretty useless, just stalling and dragging their feet. It's been frustrating and we're not happy with our purchase at all. I wouldn't recommend getting orthopedic shoes from this company, that's for sure.
Cheap knock-off products, return policy inconvenience
The stuff I got was obviously fake and super cheap. When I wanted to send it back, I found out I had to pay to ship it all the way to Poland. And to top it off, the main office is in Latvia, not the UK like they claimed. Sounds pretty shady to me. I wouldn't suggest buying from here to anyone.
Ankle brace purchase
I just got an ankle brace from this company and I was really bummed out by how not good it was. It took a whole week for my order to come, and when it did, only half of it showed up - no invoice, no instructions. The brace cost me $20, but it was made of really weak neoprene that didn't give me the support I needed. The website had some misleading info, and I feel like I was tricked. I'd tell others to watch out before buying from them.
Cheap quality clothing
The clothes I got from this company were a total letdown. They were super cheap and didn't match up at all to what I saw on their website. And the sizes were totally off - couldn't even wear any of it! It felt like I got duped by some fake brand trying to be legit. Don't waste your cash shopping here.
Humidifier purchase delay
I ordered a humidifier on February 18th, but it still hasn't shown up. I've tried contacting them by email twice, but all I got back were automated messages. I don't know what else to do to get my order.
Last time I ordered
So, I ordered something online and it’s actually coming from China, even though the website is supposed to be Irish. I mean, seriously?! Now I have to wait like a whole month for it to arrive. Not cool at all! Seems pretty sketchy if you ask me.
Sleep Earplugs Noise Canceling Earbuds
I was super let down by my experience at this store. It took forever to get my product, and then the Sleep Earplugs Noise Canceling Earbuds died on me after just a few days of using them. The customer service didn't help at all - they seemed like they were just stalling and didn't offer any real fixes. I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping here.
