Mom's gift clothes
I ordered some clothes for my mom's birthday and let me tell you, they never showed up! Can you believe it? First, they ended up at some random college in California. Seriously, how does that even happen? Then they said they would send them again, but nope, didn't happen. When I called to complain, they just casually said, "Oops, we'll refund your money." Seriously, it was so not cool! My mom ended up with nothing for her birthday thanks to them.

I signed up for the FLX program thinking I'd get free shipping on my orders. But when I tried to buy stuff, nothing qualified for the deal. It seemed like a sneaky way to make people join without any real perks. Now I'm annoyed and let down by the whole thing.

Ryan was awesome - super quick, friendly, and really helpful in answering all my questions. I really liked how professional he was. I also appreciated how transparent they were about their products and services, and I love that they offer lifetime access to raw data files.
