Shoes out of stock
I was really let down by this company. I bought a pair of shoes in my size, but then got an email a week later saying they were out of stock. It's so annoying when a company says they have something and then can't actually give it to you. This has happened to me multiple times with them. Customer service is the worst - they don't seem to care about fixing problems or helping customers. It's obvious there are some big issues that need to be fixed with this company.

Wow, the customer service was awesome! I just picked up this adorable scarf and let me tell you, it's seriously the best thing ever. I've been showing it off to all my friends and they're all loving it too. It's so stylish and I just keep it in my bag always. Definitely going to be ordering more from this place.

Cheap and Easy Ticket Purchase
I was looking for a ticket from Tokyo to Jakarta on this website and it's actually the cheapest one with really simple payment options. I got lucky because the other websites were no help at all.

Ankle supports
I bought some ankle supports, and let me tell you, they were not great. They were cheap, didn't fit well, and didn't give me much support. Plus, there were no instructions for how to put them on, which made it really hard to use them right. Honestly, I was super let down by how low-quality and ineffective they were.
