I just bought some stuff from this website and let me tell you, they've got some really cool, unique clothing designs to choose from. I love treating my wife, so I bought her a pair of shoes from this store. She ended up loving the pair I picked out, and the quality is top-notch. She's been wearing them constantly. I wanted to get her another pair I saw, but they didn't have her size in stock. I'll make sure to check back when they have more available.
Summer sandals purchase
I bought two pairs of sandals that were supposed to be super cute for the summer, but they turned out to be a total disappointment. I ordered them on April 7th and when they arrived, one pair looked nothing like the picture. You could see where they had been glued together, and they felt like I was walking on cardboard. No cushion at all! I should have read the reviews before ordering, but now I know better for next time. The other pair still hasn't arrived as of May 14th, so I'm starting to lose hope. I reached out to Tinstree, but I don't have high expectations for a response. At least I used PayPal, so maybe I can get some help from them. Lesson learned - always check the reviews before making a purchase!
Shoes out of stock
I was really let down by this company. I bought a pair of shoes in my size, but then got an email a week later saying they were out of stock. It's so annoying when a company says they have something and then can't actually give it to you. This has happened to me multiple times with them. Customer service is the worst - they don't seem to care about fixing problems or helping customers. It's obvious there are some big issues that need to be fixed with this company.

I ordered WHITE shoes. They sent me Beige. They want me to pay for the return shipping and won't refund my money until I do so. Very difficult to work with and at one point just sent me a smiley face in response to my statement that I should not have to pay for their mess up. SCAM company! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Easy ordering process, with savings from coupons
The ordering process is super easy and convenient, and there are tons of coupons to make it even better. But man, the delivery time is just not cool. I shouldn't have to wait forever to get my stuff.
Easy website management, unclear discounts
I found the website really easy to use and shop on, which made everything simple for me. However, I got a little annoyed because it wasn't clear when discounts were available. It would have been nice to know when I could save some extra money or if I could use multiple discounts at once. Not knowing made me worried that I might have missed out on some good deals.
New shoes purchase for problem feet
The shoes I bought weren't as comfy as I thought they'd be. They didn't have enough padding and couldn't support my problematic feet. It kind of seemed like they gave me rejects in random colors, which was a letdown. I really value comfort more than style because of my foot problems, and sadly, these shoes just didn't live up to what I was hoping for.

I was stressing a bit because I didn't get any tracking info for my shoes from Tinstree. They ended up showing up late, but they looked just like the picture. The weird part was they didn't even come in a box, just a plastic bag. But hey, when I finally tried them on, they were really comfy! So all in all, I'm pretty satisfied with my order. I'd definitely order from them again.

Shoes not as pictured
The pictures on their website are so misleading! The shoes I received in the mail looked nothing like what was shown online. Plus, I ordered them as Christmas gifts, so I'm really disappointed. And to top it off, the sizing is totally off. If you decide to order, be sure to size down.

I was so hyped about these shoes I ordered, but dang, they never showed up! Tried reaching out to customer service several times, but no luck getting a reply. Such a letdown cause I was really looking forward to rocking those cute shoes. Long story short, I wouldn't suggest shopping with this company.
Defective shoes
I bought some shoes from this company and they were terrible. When I got them, I saw they were all bent and not looking right, plus the inside was hard and uncomfortable to wear. And on top of that, I had to pay for the shipping to send them back. It was frustrating to realize I had to keep tabs on the package and tell the company when they got it back, just to get my money back. Overall, dealing with this company was a big disappointment.
