Colostrum complex, expedited shipping
This company is a total scam when it comes to shipping. I ordered my usual food supplement and shelled out extra for fast shipping, only for the package to get held up in Germany because the seller didn't give enough info. Instead of pitching in and giving the needed details, they just told UPS to ditch the package! I tried to get a refund, but they wouldn't work with me and even wanted a health certificate for a basic food supplement. It's crazy! Avoid this sketchy business and spare yourself the stress.

Mattress purchase
I just bought a mattress from this company and it was awesome. I messed up and got the wrong size, but the customer service person fixed it super fast and easy. The box got messed up during delivery, but the mattress was packaged so well that it didn't get damaged at all. When we opened it, it puffed up to the full 10 inches in the middle and 9 inches around the sides in about 12 hours. My partner and I love the mattress and we're super happy with it. We'd totally buy from this company again.

Lift kit and mud tires
I recently bought a lift kit and mud tires from this website because they advertised "free shipping site wide" and said I'd get my order on the same day if I ordered before 3pm PST. But, oops, I accidentally submitted my order and got hit with a $9.99 shipping charge. I tried to contact customer support right away to fix the mistake, but the only contact option was an email address. They said they'd get back to me within 24 hours, but I didn't hear anything by then. It's been 2 days since I ordered and still no shipping confirmation, even though they promised same day shipping.

malfunctioning device
I just bought a vape device that started acting up after only 21 days. No matter what I tried, like changing the PID and troubleshooting, it kept having problems on and off. I tried to return it with the receipt to customer service, but they said no. So, I moved on to using the guarantee, which turned into a never-ending, aggravating process. After countless emails, taking pictures, and giving more info, the guarantee ended up being useless. They kept asking for more stuff, only to eventually stop talking to me altogether. My overall experience with this company has been super disappointing and frustrating. I'd recommend against buying from them.
