Quick delivery, friendly customer service
My order got here super fast, only two days after I placed it, all thanks to UPS and their speedy shipping. The customer service team was amazing - not only were they friendly, but they were also super helpful every step of the way. Honestly, I'm really impressed and highly recommend this place.
Hood latches
I received the wrong color but AM Off Road worked with me on the exchange. Not sure that I should have been responsible for the cost of sending it back but as long as I receive the correct item all is good
Lift kit and tires
I had a bad experience with this company. Their customer service wasn't great, and trying to place an order was just confusing. Their prices weren't very competitive either. On top of that, my items took forever to arrive, and when they finally did, the packaging was all messed up. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone else.
LED halo headlights
I recently bought some LED halo headlights from this company and I gotta say, I am really disappointed with the quality. It's pretty obvious that this company is based offshore even though they claim to have a California address that seems to be changing all the time. It's making me wonder if this company is even legit. Plus, their phone number is a Magic Jack number that redirects to China, which is a huge warning sign for me. The headlights kinda work, but the colors are nothing like what was advertised. And every time I tried to get the right part for the driver's side, they just kept sending me the wrong one. And now, my account has mysteriously disappeared from their system. This whole experience has been super frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Remember, you get what you pay for, so be careful!
Demon headlights
I recently bought some demon headlights from this store, but unfortunately, they turned out to be defective. I tried reaching out to the store about the problem, but they ignored me and even blocked me. It's really frustrating to be in a situation where I spent almost $700 on something that doesn't work as promised. They claim to have a 30-day money-back guarantee, but they're not sticking to it, which is really disappointing. I still have 10 days to try and return the product, but I doubt I'll be able to since they're not responding. I'm super upset and dissatisfied with my experience at this store.
Hood purchase
I bought a hood from this company not too long ago, but it never showed up. I tried to contact customer service several times to get some help, but their replies were not very helpful and honestly made me worried. The lack of communication and assistance left me feeling really frustrated and let down by the whole thing.
Lift kit installation and tire alignment
I took my truck to this off-road shop to get a lift kit installed and my tires aligned. Turns out, the work wasn't great and I had to spend extra money to fix what went wrong. And to top it off, they managed to mess up my warranty and didn't even align my wheels right, which messed up my tires. Dealing with dishonest folks who take advantage of customers is so annoying, especially when you trust them with your ride. Fellow off-road lovers, stay away from this place to avoid the stress and money problems I had to deal with.
Lift kit and mud tires
I recently bought a lift kit and mud tires from this website because they advertised "free shipping site wide" and said I'd get my order on the same day if I ordered before 3pm PST. But, oops, I accidentally submitted my order and got hit with a $9.99 shipping charge. I tried to contact customer support right away to fix the mistake, but the only contact option was an email address. They said they'd get back to me within 24 hours, but I didn't hear anything by then. It's been 2 days since I ordered and still no shipping confirmation, even though they promised same day shipping.
Bought a grill for my truck
I ordered a grill for my truck and man, I was so pumped when it finally showed up! But can you believe it? That grill just didn't fit right and the lights were all out of whack. I mean, who wants to be blinding people with their high beams all day long? And on top of all that, the tabs on the back were totally mangled! I was so bummed, that grill was supposed to be a birthday gift for my big 5-0 and it was a total bust. Never again, worst company ever, they've lost my business for good.
JK tail lights pre-order
I just wanted to share that I pre-ordered some JK tail lights from this company. It's been a bit frustrating because the delivery date keeps getting pushed back, and they already charged my credit card without actually sending my order. They told me they would give me a refund two weeks ago, but I still haven't gotten it.
Off-road truck accessories
I bought some off-road truck accessories from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, it wasn't the best experience. Ordering was easy enough, but I ran into some problems with the website that actually locked me out of my account. And to top it off, the tracking info they gave me for my package was bogus, so I had no idea where my order was at. Just really bummed out about how unprofessional and unreliable they turned out to be.
Stripped bolt taillights
I can't believe how terrible the customer service is at this place. I bought taillights that had stripped bolts, and when I asked for a refund, it was so hard to get one. Their customer service was basically non-existent, and I was left feeling really frustrated and ripped off. Be cautious of this company - they really don't back up their products at all. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else to avoid all the hassle.
