Quick delivery, friendly customer service
My order got here super fast, only two days after I placed it, all thanks to UPS and their speedy shipping. The customer service team was amazing - not only were they friendly, but they were also super helpful every step of the way. Honestly, I'm really impressed and highly recommend this place.

Non-existent refund
I was supposed to get a refund for something I never got, but instead I just got the runaround. They said they refunded me when they didn't, then told me to contact my bank, which got me nowhere. They also said a manager would call me back right away, but surprise, surprise, that never happened. Pretty sketchy and not reliable at all.

Swimsuit
Man, I'm so disappointed with this place! I ordered a swimsuit online and it literally took forever to get to me. When it finally arrived, they sent me the wrong size! On top of that, the customer service was awful. They didn't even say sorry for messing up my order. And the prices? Ridiculous for what you actually get. The delivery time was also super slow, I had to wait weeks for my order. Overall, I definitely would not recommend this place.
