Demon headlights
I recently bought some demon headlights from this store, but unfortunately, they turned out to be defective. I tried reaching out to the store about the problem, but they ignored me and even blocked me. It's really frustrating to be in a situation where I spent almost $700 on something that doesn't work as promised. They claim to have a 30-day money-back guarantee, but they're not sticking to it, which is really disappointing. I still have 10 days to try and return the product, but I doubt I'll be able to since they're not responding. I'm super upset and dissatisfied with my experience at this store.

My braces purchase
I got my braces today and everybody there was so friendly and helpful! The process of ordering was a breeze and they made it really convenient for me. The only downside was that they didn't mention a discount until after I paid, but I'm still pumped to see how my teeth turn out. The customer service was top-notch and I was impressed with how smoothly everything went.

Cordless hand-mixer
I am super bummed about the cordless hand-mixer I bought. It was brand new but the batteries wouldn't charge from the get-go. When I called customer service, they said it was out of warranty and the repair cost was the same as a new one. All they offered was a lousy 10% discount and said they'd send an email, which I never got. And to top it off, I found the same item 17% cheaper somewhere else. This whole ordeal has left me feeling really upset and like I got totally ripped off.

Online marketplace experience
I've been using this online marketplace for over ten years now. It's pretty easy to use, and the fees for listing items are way cheaper than other big websites. The customer service team is quick to help out whenever I need it. But the downside is that there aren't as many people using this site compared to the bigger ones. And it's kinda lacking in options for customizing listings, which can be a bummer. Still, I've managed to sell a bunch of stuff on here, so it's not all bad.

I wasn't sure about getting glasses online at first, but I have to admit I am really impressed with how everything turned out. The glasses I got are not only cool and look good on me, but they also came pretty quickly. Now that I have an extra pair, I'm already thinking about getting another pair with a different look. It was super easy to order and everything went smoothly. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Four-item online order
I just ordered four things online from this store and man, it was a total letdown. I waited a whopping two weeks for my stuff to arrive and then found out it got sent back to the store because of some shipping mess-up. They couldn't even send me the stuff I already paid for, only giving me a refund instead. I was so irritated and not impressed at all with how they handled everything, from the package to customer service.

I ordered a specific T-Stirt, and wound up with a sweatshirt, I will not order from this site again after asking for the right TShirt ordered just be aware
