    Maternity experience

    My recent visit to the maternity ward was kind of a bummer. The nurses there were not very nice, they were gossiping about people, and didn't seem to care much about the patients. My daughter didn't get enough info about what was going on with her before or after giving birth. It was tough to see the nurses not showing much kindness or professionalism. I've had good experiences there before, but this time has me wondering if the care at this place is not as good as it used to be.

    Avoid this company at all costs. I bought a shirt from them and it was a total disaster. I fell in love with a shirt on their website and decided to purchase it. Little did I know, it would become a nightmare. After waiting patiently for my order, the shirt never arrived. When I contacted customer service for help, they were no help at all and basically told me "tough luck". I've never had such a bad online shopping experience. It's disappointing that this company has such a bad reputation, but I should have listened to the reviews. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again.

    Faulty wetsuit return

    So, my wetsuit ended up being defective, and I wanted to return it. But, there wasn't a good way to send it back nearby, which made the whole process a hassle. I called customer service, and they gave me a form to fill out for the return. It's been more than a month since I mailed it back, and I still haven't heard anything. I've reached out multiple times, but all they keep saying is to use the returns portal, even though I can't get in. I'm worried that I might end up getting the wetsuit back and having to send it out again, costing me £25 every time. It's been since October, and I'm out over £200 with no solution in sight. The lack of concern from customer service has been really disappointing, especially since I usually like their products. But the way they've handled this situation has been a real letdown.

    I recently bought something from this company and man, let me tell you, I never even got what I ordered. To make matters worse, I didn't even get an email confirming my order, which made me suspicious right off the bat. Instead, I started getting texts from the delivery folks saying my package had been dropped off when it definitely hadn't. I checked my security cameras and confirmed that there was no delivery attempt. This whole ordeal has left me feeling like I got scammed and super let down. I'd recommend avoiding this company because something fishy is definitely going on. Hopefully, they learn from this mess and step up their game before it's too late.

    The service on this website is seriously terrible. I've been waiting forever it feels like for my order to finally get here. It's like they're hiding my package on purpose. And to make things even worse, they went and lowered the prices on some stuff I just bought, but they won't give me a refund for the difference. Are you kidding me right now? That's just adding insult to injury. Oh, and don't even get me started on how I can't even leave a review on Google. Super shady, don't you think?

    I was looking for a swimsuit that was a little different from the usual ones, and I stumbled upon this awesome H2O-Dri Explore Rash Vest with matching shorts. The material is really high quality, super comfortable, and feels great against the skin. The seams are well done, and it allows your body to breathe while you're in the water. I opted for express shipping and it arrived in just two days, incredibly fast and the delivery was flawless! My only issue is that the shirt only comes in one pattern... how boring! If they offered more patterns, I would definitely purchase all of them. Hey, Hurley, if you happen to be reading this, please make more patterns for that shirt as soon as possible!!!

    Online purchase of clothing

    My experience with this online store was absolutely terrible. The customer service was just awful. They not only sent me the wrong item, but they also wouldn't send the right one until I returned the incorrect one. This caused a big delay in getting what I actually bought. The people I talked to were no help at all and hard to talk to. They really didn't care about making sure I was happy. I definitely recommend avoiding this company.

    Sweatshirt gift

    I bought a sweatshirt as a gift, but it never showed up! After checking the tracking service, I found out it took nearly 4 weeks to get to the UK, and then Yodel had it. I reached out to Yodel multiple times, but they couldn't locate it and eventually said it was sent back to the sender. Hurley received it back, but they're ignoring all my emails requesting a new sweatshirt or a refund. Absolutely nothing! This whole situation is the worst. I can't believe they're even a real company. Stick to reputable stores when shopping, don't waste your money on them.

    2 piece bikini order

    I'm so disappointed. I ordered a two-piece bikini, but all I got was the bottoms. Then I got an email saying the top was out of stock and my order got canceled. When I asked to return the bottoms, they told me I had to pay $10. It was a terrible experience with no upfront communication or good customer service. I wouldn't even bother.

    Boardshorts return problem

    Man, the customer service at this store is just terrible. I've never dealt with anything like this before. I tried to return my boardshorts over 2 months ago, and it took them a whole month just to arrange a pick-up date. And to top it off, they showed up on the wrong day! It's been 2 months now since I returned them and still no refund. I've reached out to them multiple times through email, but they keep straight up ignoring me. It's beyond annoying, I tell ya!

    Overpriced insurance scheme

    Hey, just wanted to give you a heads up. If you're considering purchasing from this place, I would recommend avoiding their 'insurance' offer. It's basically a way for them to try and get more money from you, making it seem like it's necessary when it's actually just a scam. Also, don't get me started on their shipping methods. They use FedEx, so you have to pay for it, and if your order doesn't show up, tough luck because they won't assist you unless you got their insurance. Do yourself a favor and find another place to shop.

    I bought a paddle board online from a company I won't name. It was over a thousand bucks and I was super excited to use it. But, after just two times out, I noticed a big defect on the surface where the non-slip mat was. There were a bunch of air pockets near the edge that seemed pretty dangerous. I contacted the company to get a refund or a new board because of this problem, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I was pretty frustrated and let down by their lack of customer service and responsibility. I get that things happen, but I shelled out a lot of money for this thing and expected better options for fixing the problem. I definitely wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone after my experience.

    Oh man, what a mess! I bought a sweater online for a Christmas present, and it arrived with a huge, noticeable stain right on the front. How in the world did they not catch that before sending it out? I shipped it back immediately, but it's been weeks of pure aggravation trying to get this sorted out. Their customer service is a complete joke - they take forever to reply to emails and don't even pick up the phone. All I wanted was a replacement or my money back before the holiday, but instead, I was just told to "hang tight." It's completely ridiculous.     Soft and suitable for all weather almost.Yes,first time i visited Hurley store and many branded apparels for him,her and kids too.
    Common factor is quality of apparel and selected colors ,so many confusion while selecting my choice.Every items are attracting mind blowing.Simplicity is always fine to choose ,hope this shop can be continued for future shopping
    At same time they also offer good discounts on selective apparels.
    Prices are quite good,this is not matter of big concern but being a customer we always expect prices should low a little bit.
