I got this really awesome ski jacket from this store, but dang, the shipping took forever and totally messed up my New Year's Day plans. I even paid extra for two-day shipping and it still came late. Not cool at all.

Charged for unfulfilled October 22 box
I gotta tell you about this bad experience I had with a company last October. They charged me for a box but I never got it. Been waiting months with no updates or communication from Birchbox. I tried reaching out to them but got no real answers, just generic responses. Turns out, I'm not the only one - lots of others got charged without getting their products or being locked out of their accounts. And now I find out Birchbox is shutting down without telling us, still taking our money. This whole situation is a mess, no transparency or accountability. Really not happy about it.

Shirt purchase
Avoid this company at all costs. I bought a shirt from them and it was a total disaster. I fell in love with a shirt on their website and decided to purchase it. Little did I know, it would become a nightmare. After waiting patiently for my order, the shirt never arrived. When I contacted customer service for help, they were no help at all and basically told me "tough luck". I've never had such a bad online shopping experience. It's disappointing that this company has such a bad reputation, but I should have listened to the reviews. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again.

This company really needs to take a look at their shipping and handling prices, for real! I mean, they are seriously over the top. It's a bummer because they have a great selection, fantastic service, and top-quality products. But when you're shelling out almost as much on shipping as you are on the stuff itself, it's tough to swallow. Let's step it up, guys!

I found the exact Casio G-Shock I wanted at a really good price on First Class Watches. At first, I was a little unsure because of the high Trustpilot ratings, but when I saw they had a physical store, I decided to give it a shot. I took the chance and I was super happy with the great service, simple ordering process, next day delivery through DPD, and the awesome product. I'll for sure be coming back for more and have already told my friends about it.
