I've bought high-quality cheeses from them multiple times and I've never had any issues. One time when they were out of the cheese I ordered, they upgraded me to a fancier cheese at no extra cost. Their customer service is on point, always making sure my orders arrive on time. I typically give them a heads up about a week in advance if I need my order by a certain date, and they always make it happen. They package everything really well, with a sturdy styrofoam cooler in a cardboard box, complete with ice packs for shipping. I've even told my friends about this company, and they've had great experiences too.

Even though I gave props to their customer service team for sorting things out, my negative review mysteriously disappeared. It's kind of a bummer to see negative feedback getting hushed up.     Hey there, as someone who absolutely loves food, especially European cheeses and meats, I have to say I was pretty bummed out by my recent order. When I got my hands on the Emmental cheese and Jambon Sec I had been craving, they just didn't live up to what was promised. Emmental should be a top-notch Swiss cheese with a specific AOP certification, but what I received just wasn't up to par. And don't even get me started on the different sizes of Brie being called different names - that's just plain confusing for customers! Plus, Jambon Sec isn't even a specific type of ham, it's a whole process with various methods of drying ham. If a company prides itself on offering authentic and top-quality products, they've gotta make sure they're accurately representing what they're selling.

    6-month cheese subscription

    I bought a 6-month cheese subscription back in mid-December thinking I'd get it in time for Christmas. But I was let down when I got an email saying my order was shipped on December 23rd. Turns out, according to FedEx, they just made a label on that day and didn't actually receive the package until December 26th. The shipping folks really dropped the ball on this one, especially considering I asked for it to come by Christmas.

    I thought it was pretty cool that I could buy paneer in bulk on this website because it's not always easy to find in stores. But I gotta admit, the prices for all the cheeses seemed kinda high for me.     Turkey dinner for two

    I ordered a turkey dinner for my sister and her husband because she's not feeling well for Thanksgiving. I planned to have it delivered the day before Thanksgiving, but I got an email a few days ago saying they couldn't deliver it. Now I have to cancel the order, and my sister won't have a special meal for Thanksgiving. I'm really disappointed and upset about it.

    I recently bought a bunch of gift baskets from this company, and sadly, only one showed up on time. I ordered everything on December 3rd, way ahead of Christmas, and paid for everything upfront. Even after reaching out to the company multiple times to double-check the delivery date, I got an email on the 26th saying it wouldn't arrive until the 27th or 28th, way past when I expected it. No explanation or apology for the delay, which was pretty unprofessional and annoying.     I was really looking forward to trying out this fancy food company, but man, was I let down. The food was decent, I guess, but that's pretty much the only thing that was good about it. Forget about it. Supposed to be fast, my foot. It took ages to finally show up. Overall, not worth all the trouble.

    Expensive gift box

    I recently splurged on a fancy gift box from this one company, crossing my fingers it'd show up in time for Christmas. Man, was I let down by igourmet. They straight up disappointed and frustrated me, big time. They swore up and down I'd get my gift between Dec 18-22, but never even sent a shipping confirmation or a single update. Every time I rang up customer service for help, they fed me a bunch of baloney about expediting my order, only to drop the ball again and again. The radio silence and lack of accountability from igourmet was seriously uncool. My buddies never got their Christmas goodies on time, and now I'm side-eyeing this company's reliability real hard. I won't be giving igourmet another chance, and I'd tell anyone else to think twice before ordering from them too.
